“I've had their pre smoked elk via Cabelas as well as a prime rib 3lb raw that I recently aged 2 weeks aged for 2 weeks, seasoned and smoked to 118f. I have a monster elk roast in the freezer now(came frozen but the vacuum pack wasn't sealed well) I resealed it. Hope to share with my son and his wife. First two...Melt in your mouth, drool, omg. I hope I won't be disappointed. So far, Great!! Rlgrigg in virginia.”
