I have had work done on my vehicle a couple of years ago. I was quite pleased with the work done on the car, and the overall bill was much less than I had expected.Recently my roommate hit the passenger door and rt front fender so I visited Midwest Auto Body for an estimate on the damage. Very reasonable. They are booked up until mid April. I'm sure I'll be without the car for awhile, 3 months, but it will be nice to have a "new" (to me, at least in appearance) automobile. I have a pickup so I can get around. They are presently working on my car. Full paint job and new clear coat plus some little touch ups. I trust that they will do a good job. I can't wait to get my little sports car back. I miss it already and it's only been a week since I brought it in.

They have zero follow-through or follow-up. When I had major back end damage to my new 2017 Ford Expedition, I was concerned they wouldn't repair close to new again (it was wrecked 12 hours after purchase). I was reassured their machines could make the repair and sync new equipment up better than manufacturer specs; everything would be as new. Over $11k in damage that occurred July 2017, and my truck still isn't complete. I had to return the truck 3 times for additional repairs they either missed or didn't do right. They had my truck for 2 weeks the 1st time, 5 days the 2nd, and 3 days 3rd time. Its still missing a part (that was ordered and paid for) and the rubber around the back lift door has come off. The work they performed was not quality repairs, and their communication was seriously lacking. I got tired of calling and asking about repairs and/or parts; I got the run-around. I would NOT recommend them to my friends and/or family; and the truck is still not complete. Quality and communication are essential in choosing who repairs your vehicle; both are missing.
