Literally the most inaccessible pharmacy I have ever had.
I used the app.
I have called multiple times.
Will not answer your call.
Will not transfer prescriptions.
They will hang up on if called.
Sorry there is no operator at this hour.
I called at the exact time that someone was having a blood pressure emergency. They acted as first responders when they are not.
I called since 4:09 pm.
And the lady god forbid I would need Eliquis. A blood thinner for a DVT.
Dont use this pharmacy.

Got sent to Safeway from a pharmacy who did not have what she was prescribed mind you they called Safeway to be sure they had the prescribed medicine.( in which they did ) I went to Safeway, the pharmacist said she needed her to enroll in some financial help. I called medicaid the medicine is covered in FULL. She refused my friend this medicine and so we drove 10 miles to a Walgreens. ??

The associates and pharmacist at this location are horrible disrespectful, they act like we're bothering them when you go to pick up your prescriptions. I even hate going to get my refills on my medicine. I will be switching to Dale's pharmacy in Fort Lupton. Heaven for bid they miss a minute of their lunch.

This pharmacy has been consistently incompetent as a whole for the year and a half I've been going here. They continually drop the ball on communication with both patients and doctors, and when they DO call, they have an attitude or they call the wrong doctor. This department need a serious overhaul. Yikes.

Whenever I have called about prescriptions, No answer ! This has happened several times , different days. They are there physically..but don't answer phones . Even after having a in store person connet me to their line..WT heck !

Based out of convenience I shop here but they are losing our business based on the amount of expired items I’ve accidentally purchased !!! Expired items on the shelf that’s more then 2 months old!?! Tired of checking dates on every single item…shopping trips already take too much time now extend that time to double check dates

I just left the store . The self check out was a huge mess. Three teen boys standing at the register, on their phones, sipping energy drinks while customers have to go ask them to help them when their machines require it . Baskets sitting around,no bags for customers to use . This is not the first time I’ve experienced this !

Well if your doctor called in to have them fill a prescription they won't do it until the patient calls them and asks them to fill it and with my meds they never have enough and I have to wait sometimes days. I'm going to be going somewhere else.

This Pharmacy has exceptional customer service and the Pharmacist is a true expert in her field. Received my flu shot there and will be going back for my COVID booster. Very pleased to see that they have a private office for administering shots. My visit was much easier than sitting at a Doctor’s office for hours to receive a 5 minute shot.Highly recommend this pharmacy.
