Use the mobile app to place my order. I ordered a spicy chicken plain small fry. In my bag was a jr bacon cheeseburger cold and cold small fry. Try to call them and they don't answer their phone. How hard is it to make the correct order. This is the 3rd time thus happen. I will be calling corporate tomorrow

Why does it take 10 minutes to get a pick up order out ? I was the only person in the restaurant and no one was in the drive through. unacceptable.

While we were on the drive thru Deborah was very rude, she basically shoved our food through the window didn’t even ask if we need anything else waited outside the window for about two minutes for her to acknowledge me and I know she saw me because she looked over and walked away

Most of the time these guys are great lately it's been getting iffy. Ordering a ghost pepper sandwich I asked for no tomato I received an extra tomato as well as mayo instead of the ranch.
