Friendly atmosphere. Always greeted with a smile and a welcome when entering the store and everyone is always helpful.
The only thing I would suggest is to get the air conditioning going, I feel bad for the employees having to work in that building with it being so hot and no air flow…customers would appreciate it as well.

Last week I was in Ackley Ace Hardware in Ft.Morgan to get a refill for my wasp trap. Leaving my reading glasses at home was not a good thing. A very nice lady named Pamela (Pam) was stocking some stuff further down the aile and noticed my difficulty in trying to read the labels. Pamela asked if I could use some help and, after getting a small ladder, found the exact re-fill that I needed.
Thank you Pamela for your help and courtesy.

I only gave one star because I had to!!!! The WORST and I mean the WORST Customer service I have EVER Experienced!!!!! Came in to get a ply adapter both men I talked to assured me isle 11 maybe 12; looked 2x was told just because it’s on the website doesn’t mean we have it! So then asked for a similar part and was told isle 2 ; and can you imagine it there’s the part that as supposed to be in isle 11, maybe 12!!! Told the guy at the register said nothing; maybe my exit gave him a clue how pissed I was!!!!!! Negative stars and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! 🤬🤬

I went there to buy some plumbing supplies for a job. 1/2” pex Is the most common pipe used in plumbing today, your online inventory says you have it, but when I go into your store, there’s absolutely none on your shelf. Since I make most of my purchases doing a business and I stop at hardware stores on my way to job site, I don’t have much time to ask for help and wait for people to get stuff out of the back. I highly recommend keeping up with your stock on the shelf of the comment supplies that people need.

The prices for 2 keys was almost $25, but the staff was were very helpful. I've come to realize that Colorado is just an expensive state altogether.

High prices 100%. Also weird selection of tools. I know it’s a locally owned ace hardware. But the tool selection needs to be beefed up. And maybe you jack the prices because you are the only store in town with certain items. But I am willing to drive to Wiggins or sterling to get better prices. Also the ladies behind the counter the day I went in were more interested in talking to themselves rather than ringing me up. And get more sporting goods. This is an ace hardware after all. Small selection of random hunting and fishing goods.

Such a terrible experience with Ace in general and then come in store and get the worst service to resolve it. Ordered a product online that was practically impossible to actually order... website kept glitching/not completing. Finally had to order as a "guest" and drive an hour away to pick up. Product wasn't working out for my task so go to return and I explicitly go check thinking "great, gotta drive an hour" yet everything says "take it to any store". This store can't find the order, won't help me, says "well if you had a receipt...." I do! Holding one right off of Ace's system and they look at it like they never seen the internet. This was one of those moments to save a customer already ran through hoops and chose to just set it in stone that I'll never do business again with any Ace
