Horrible bank dont come here if you have one of their checks its cheaper to cash it at Walmart and the amount they charged me changed 3 times they don't know what they are doing

Worthless, they decline you for everything or want arm and a leg as collateral even for the smallest loan, I also believe the loan officers pick and choose the people to who they do give out loans to, I’m moving to a credit union bank, bank of Colorado is a waste of time, I was very unsatisfied with Jacob Dilka, I noticed his is very nosey, he was asking me some very personal odd questions during one of my loans process, seems like he was a little too observant of our bank statements during tax season a long with my recent insurance claim… 🤔 like umm yeah no none of your business

Working out of town trying to get something notarized this bank wants you to start an account take 45 minutes give them $100 just for their signature or else they have no use for you

Most difficult bank to work with for a construction loan. Do your self a favor and avoid the stress and lack of professionalism and bank somewhere else.

Refused to notarize my document because I no longer have an account there. Only tried because the notary was out of town at my current bank. This type of thing should be no big deal in a small town, but they have policy of exclusivity here. I don't recommend them!!

I am quite aware of the Passive Aggressive attitude I have been getting from the Fort Morgan branch. But, it really didn't hit till I tried to cash/deposit a large check from my 401k. My last name triggered them, they've been holding my funds captive. A Caucasian friend of mine "cashed" a similar check at another bank and received his funds the next day. I will not return to this bank, and stress any Minorities to stay away from the Fort Morgan branch. The person I talked to at a other branch told me something about the federal reserve. This isn't 1976. Computers don't work that slow anymore, and I'm not an idiot.

I've never used a bank that had so many problems with their ATM. It's constantly down and it is extremely inconvenient.

Has anyone ever heard of a bank not cashing a payroll check from a business account from their own bank? Apparently each branch can change policies however they see fit, and this branch will no longer cash checks from their own bank without having an account there.
