I love this bank I have been with Bank of the West for many years and they help me with any questions or problems that I have I tell him ahead of time what's going on and I've never had a problem I love all the employees you guys are awesome thank you for being there for me when I've always needed you

They are always really nice to me when I go in there which is pretty cool, unfortunately though the ATM there is out of cash and awful lot and I have a lot of problems with their online app and phone system. Today it wouldn't let me on the app it said I had to call the phone system instead, I call the phone system and it said it was unavailable. It's past banking hours so the bank is closed. Guess I really didn't need to know how much money I had anyway. Very frustrating.

Constantly going in to ask where did this fee come from? Why? Why do you steal what little i have? I bounced my acount once for on item and ended up paying $300 going over $2. I am going to close my account soon as i can

The atm would not expel my card far enough out of the machine so that I could grab it... and then it took, .. I’m now without my atm card !!.???.!!!

Inconvenient in many ways. Atm is always out of cash or down. Their customer service line is always at least a 10 minute wait no matter what you are waiting for. Close at 4pm and not open on Saturdays. When you do get a hold of someone on the phone they're quite disregarding to any of your needs. Checks cost a fortune.

If you like waiting, and waiting and then waiting, then this is the Bank for you! Mistake after mistake with these people. I had to wait 2 weeks for a check from my employer to clear. I'm consistently unimpressed with their customer service time after time. Go ahead and bank with them..... I dare you. Incompetent with a capital I.

If you are looking for quality customer service, our good friend Yoda would say, "find it you will not. " I was not met with a cheery smile or given a warm welcome. It was a cold arduous inconvenience that I walked into their establishment. My apologies bank of the west for my existence.
