Always gets the orders wrong and takes forever every single time could be no one in the drive thru and still should expect a 15-20 min wait.

Every other time I visit my order is not correct. It's more accurate if I use the lobby than if I use the drive thru. Employees are friendly and easy to talk to.

The food was hot and correctly made. The speed of service was quick and friendly. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful as she held the door for me and even assisted me to my car as i have medical disability that makes walking and carrying things challenging.I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service and the hot food

I ordered no mayo on double whopper combos and ordered them large got Mayo on them and combos were regular size i called and called and when they picked up they took my name and number but didn't call me back is my issue not important enough for a call back this is ridiculous!!!

The food was blend, drinks were flat and fries were soggy. Now their drive thru staff are very friendly.

My mom just got back from chemo and the lady working was extremely rude. My mom ordered a coffee because she was tired from chemo. It tasted horrible, she asked for a bit more coffee sine it tasted like straight creamer. The hag working refused and was extremely rude. Very upset with this service.
