This shop is awesome! I was able to drop my car off after hours. They got ahold of me the next day with a very detailed inspection done on my vehicle. There prices I feel are very fair. They stayed in contact with me the entire time and were extremely helpful along the way! I will be bringing my car back for future repairs and upgrades! Great shop with great people!

I broke down just outside of town and limped my vehicle in to them. They were the 4th company I called in the town but the only one that would get me in that day. Not only did they fix my vehicle but they told me exactly what was wrong, charged a completely fair rate, and didn't try to get me to do unnecessary repairs (though they were definitely in a position to take advantage if they tried). They were honest, fair, and accurate and my van has been running smoothly ever since. Thank you Bullet!

Tabitha was fantastic, extremely helpful and professional. She answered all my questions and provided a ride when my vehicle was being worked on. The staff in the shop was very nice as well. No complaints about the staff or business whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bullet automotive for a professional treatment on your vehicles!

Spectacular service and Great people. My dad's car broke down in the area, and we had it towed there. Their inspection was so thorough and gave us a heads up on potential other failures. Glad to hear they have other locations closer to where we live.

Worst auto service ever! Broke my TCM and toggle switch to head lights then they tried to blame me. Then try to charge a grand to fix something that be could 500$ or less. Never would I recommend taking my vehicle there. Then held my truck for almost a month losing parts.
