Home Internet service is terrible. The ping spike every 2 minutes. And they claim the download speed is at least 85Mbps, but during the evening, I'm having 6Mbps.

I don’t need to go to a Verizon store often but this store has been visited by my family twice in the last week and the one guy in there acts like we should know his job. He was rude and unhelpful. Never have I been treated like that in a Verizon establishment.

They are never open and when you can't pay your bill they blame you and say that they are going to shut your phone off and then they tell you to go to their website but when you just have cash how are you going to pay your bill on line

On Sat 30 July, I came in to activate a hotspot, the guy working said he hasn't done them before because he is new, and I should come back the next day. I'm traveling, but spent the night to get it activated.Sunday the next day I waited until they open (11AM)Right now I'm sitting in front of the store and it is 11:15 AM and on one is here.Very disappointed in the customer relations at this store.
