“Man! It is hard to overstate what a phenomenal experience Pat and Jose facilitated with our Allo onboarding. My wife and I moved to Ft Morgan and had taken all the necessary steps to set up a different ISP so I could jump right on my work-from-home grind. As seems to always be the case there were problems, complications, and issues with the other provider and they told us the soonest we would have internet would be at the end of the week. As a full time, full remote employee this would have amounted to a week long unplanned vacation, which could have resulted in an indeterminately long unemployment. We called Allo, explained the situation, and asked if there was any chance they could help. Well big shoutout to Jose and Pat because they OWNED the problem and the solution until it was done. There were some legitimate complications that SHOULD have required at least a day or two of extra work, but they just found time in their day to make finding our solution their problem and now I am writing this review on Allo internet approx. 5 hours after our initial phone call. They realized our install could not wait and they acted accordingly. Truly 10/10 customer experience. Phenomenally grateful. Also, Jose killed a massive black widow outside my front door, so these guys were life savers in more ways than one. If you're in Ft Morgan and looking at different ISPs this is the one to pick.”
“Desire is absolutely a wonderful person and an asset to the company!! She kind and willing to help her clients with her knowledge and her heart! I witnessed an elderly lady come in and she was upset with a message and didn’t know if it was a good one or not. Desire calmly helped the woman & it touched my heart…. She then had to deal with me & I am more than a handful to say the least!! She treated me with respect as well. She is an asset, keep her!! In this world today it’s difficult for most people to just be genuinely nice and helpful. I can’t say the last time someone treated their customers like this & it was nice for a change!!! Thank you ?”
