“******UPDATE****** I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND TALKED WITH THE MANAGER ( WHO IS THE ONE THAT WE WORKED WITH ON ALL THE ISSUES) MADE IT RIGHT WITH US AND GOT US THE PAINT THAT WE NEEDED. I AM GREATFUL AND GREATFUL FOR THE RESALUTION.
We went in last week to get paint for a bathroom remodel... Had the young kids at the front helping us. We got 3 gallons of paint and was told about a sale going on. So, we decided to go with the higher quality of paint. He came back and said that they didn't have the one we wanted in stock but he would give us the next highest quality for the same price. We even had a discount code to save us more money. We where in a hurry because we where on our lunch breaks and just paid and left. ( That part is our falut for not slowing down) . I realized that he didn't correct the difference for the paint, didn't give us our discount and went in that same day after I got off work. Another young guy super friendly adviced that I should come back the following morning to get it corrected. I went in next morning the kid that helped the first time was there apologized and corrected his mistake. But, we painted our bathroom and come to realize that we didn't get the finish we asked for. We told him that we were painting a bathroom and needed to be semi gloss due to moisture... Every single one of those was Satan! It can't be fixed and now we have to go back and get the correct finish to repaint our bathroom. And it will be another $140+, I am sorry but that is a lot of money and adds more time to an already stressful project.”
