This is for the bakery.... yall are absolutely amazing. I order and the design is always on point. I come from Orlando and we have Publix which has thee best cakes and subs but I can safely say that Safeway is a close close close runner up to them. The cake taste AMAZING.... and again the designs are always perfect! I wish I could tip the staff but I know that's not allowed but it should be! Thank yall so much for always helping me and getting me thee best tasting cake and giving you best with the artwork! Here's one example of a funny cake I just got today and the girl LOVED it!

I have never left my basket and walked out of a store, but I did yesterday. It was my last stop and wanted to get some ribeyes for dinner with my mom. Just like a few days before, they were out. Was going to check with the meat department folks to see if maybe they had some in the back. There's a button that says to ring for assistance. Rang it multiple times and stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting. Finally, I walked over to the bakery and asked them what I should do. The lady very kindly put a call out over the intercom that a customer needed assistance in the meat department. I stood there again for another 10 minutes or so. Finally, quite irritated at this point, I walked up front and asked the girl at the self-checkout how to find someone to help me. She said, oh there's no one working there right now. No apology or anything. So I got out of other people's way and angrily thought about my next move. I decided that they weren't going to get my business for the other items I had and even though I hate Walmart and had already been there that day, I decided that was still better.So fine, nobody working. That would be just fine. However, why wasn't there a sign saying that in the back by the doorbell? Or, why didn't a manager come back to tell me this when the message was sent over the intercom? And finally, why didn't the clerk start with, I'm sorry...? As I said, I have never left my full basket and left a store in my life, buy I did yesterday. And went and spent double the price at Walmart . This is the only big grocery store in all of Morgan County besides Walmart . Does that mean that this is all ok? I don't. I'm a very loyal Safeway Shopper but I think I'll start shopping elsewhere.

Safeway Bakery Manager, Marie, is always friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Even when I forget to order donuts. That I need at 7:30 and show up at 7:15. Marie has never failed to be helpful , even though I am sure I interrupted her in a busy time. She has always put together my order with a smile . Marie make you feel welcome and leaves you with a desire to return to shop. I would and have recommended your bakery to others.

Safeway is always my go-to for grocery shopping in our small town! Great selection on the variety of food & I LOVE the savings available on the Just4U App. I have never had an issue with customer service. De'a, Debbie, Grace and Sandy are just a couple of my favorite ladies that I see on the Front End. They are always so friendly & have such good attitudes. They make customers feel welcome for sure. The Produce Manager, Avery has been a long-time favorite. He is always willing to order a product if he doesn't have what you are looking for available. The Produce Department has never looked better! Rodney in the Dairy has done such a great job and he is always willing to help as well! John and his Meat Department crew are also extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Customer Service is a BIG thing to me and these employees are always spot on with meeting my expectations! The store is always clean and tidy and I love the background music while shopping. I can never say anything bad about our local Safeway!!

Out of a lot of stock ! Bakery lady was extremely rude when I asked if she could PLEASE add more cream cheese frosting on cinnamon rolls as there was very little on them.She literally made uncalled for comments.Won't return to this location / Fort Morgan, Colorado!

I am giving a 5 rating mostly for the people who work there. Besides that, it beats its main competitor in town in meat selection.
