This is a great store! Pharm Tech Keryn was so professional and helpful. Sadly this store is stocked pretty poorly for a Walgreens and is out of stuff a lot!

I ran in for a few things. -Marissa not only greeted me but helped me find what I was looking for and took me right to it and personally checked me out in the photo dept.I havent seen her at this store before she is a great addition to their staff.Thank you Ms. MARISSA

Pharmacy worker is extremely rude and mean to you here. Most of them are but one of them is the absolute worst person imaginable. They make you feel uncomfortable and bad for coming in, they treat you like you are wasting their time by them "helping" you. They should be replaced by someone who actually acts like the job matters to them. They always hide their nametag but based on the wall of names behind them it must be Megan.

Annabelle is not even close to management material. I’m guessing she got put into that position because of the staffing shortage. She has a very poor attitude. The pharmacy big guy, Humberto and the red head 50 year old lady with glasses also have horrible attitudes. They were running their mouths out loud about my prescriptions and I’m pretty sure that breaks Walgreens privacy policy. I did some research and it definitely does and when Walgreens breaks that privacy policy it becomes a legal issue. I got no help in store whatsoever, Annabelle hid in a aisle after I requested to put in a complaint. I called the police & Annabelle still refused to help and the officer stated that if I was to get computer access I would be able to print it off and fill out the form but as far as Annabelle she is definitely not going to help me in any way unfortunately. I could tell by the officers face he thought Annabelle was in the wrong as well. He kind of chuckled. But I then replied that is fine, and I would do it myself. Thank you to the kind fort Morgan officer for responding so quickly & helping me get the names of people and the right way to go about a complaint. As for this Walgreens, I would 100% recommend staying away. Safeway is right up the street and offers much better prescription pricing and much nicer pharmacy techs and Management.

Great makeup selection and skincare and hair care products but wish the prices were cheaper!Wish they would expand the store make it bigger! Add more selections!

This place is a JOKE. Went to the store the other night, the line is LITERALLY 6 people long, and the woman at the cash register holds her hand up to me and says “it’s gonna be a while, I have to go do this” and then walks away, leaving one young man ringing up customers. Was it really that pressing that you couldn’t help a couple of customers who had literally 2 items before you rudely excuse yourself? Wrote this before, but I guess someone didn’t like it. Seems to have disappeared. Some of the employees (and by ‘some’ I mean whoever that woman was) need to improve on their customer service skills, stay.

There is a giant sign on the door stating masks are MANDATORY. I saw two customers with a mask, and twelve without. When I addressed the concern to the lady at the checkout, she told me they can't keep up with it. Clearly this business does not care and I will not be supportive of it.
