I’ve never had an issue with Aaron’s until today. Id usually give them 5 stars but today it’s 3… Because the delivery coordinator Rick…I purchased items to be delivered at my residence and was told I’d get a heads up on when it would be HEADING my way. It was a window between 11-3pm. My man called the store today to see if they had an estimated time because I’m pregnant and needed to him to go grab lunch for me, which was deadass 5min up the road.They didn’t call until they were at the property (even though we were told we’d get a heads up beforehand). He told them just hang on a sec he was heading back and it wouldn’t take but 5min for him, traffic was rough today so it took him 7-8min… (2min extra) and when he pulled in they were nowhere to be found whatsoever.I called the team coordinator and he wasn’t budging telling us their schedules were timed and I’d have to reschedule, mind you I’ve been waiting for this furniture for nearly two WEEKS and scheduled it to be delivered on this day because this is the only day I can do it, between work and doctors appointments.The coordinator was just extremely uncooperative kept refusing to have them come back claiming they had “9” stops to complete today. But when I contacted the actual store I purchased the furniture from the woman said “no they only had “3” stops today”. So all around it’s extremely unprofessional on the delivery coordinator to be lying and refusing to deliver like scheduled.It wasn’t until I spoke to the GM Dylan that things got squared away today. The drivers called the wrong number and instead of checking it out with the store they just left, and that’s when they called my man’s number (which threw me for a loop because why if they couldn’t reach the “wrong” number they had been calling, couldn’t they contact his number straight away???) anyways... If it weren’t for Dylan I don’t think I’d have had my furniture any time soon. So if you have issues with the delivery coordinator CONTACT Dylan, don’t waste your time or breath with the coordinator, it’s pointless. I feel like they need to find someone more professional, and better fitting for that job.

I used to be one of the venders at Aaron’s rental at this location. And as you can see from what it looks like I had to discontinue services due to failure to pay. This is very unsatisfying as when you owe them money they send their corporate mob after you. I’ve tried to reach regional, no response, I’ve tried to send numerous invoices to no avail no response. This was the last thing I wanted to do is put there trash out to the public, but here I am. Love to get this resolved as I am a small local business and am trying to feed my family. Have not been paid all year for services rendered as per the GM at the store, I’ve been working at this location for 6 years and am very disappointed as these corporate slim balls don’t take any responsibility, but they expect you too.(BEWARE)As to any vendor that works here in the future hope this gets to you and this place is black listed from any local vendor/contractors.

I came here a while ago to look for some stuff and they are high pressure and people don’t understand how much they are paying monthly with the weekly options for payment. They are paying more here than Best Buy weekly. But I guess if you don’t qualify anywhere else this is the place for you.

Horrible experience silo far. I "purchased" - ordered - a store over the weekend. I rather expected a call the following Monday to confirm the purchase. Tuesday afternoon finally called the store to make sd sure they even had the order. After some time on hold, the person came back and said he had found it. Yay. We arranged for delivery on Saturday, as he saidctgexstive would be arriving at an unknown time on Friday. He gave me a choice between morning and evening, and I choose between 3-7. Quite a range, no pun intended. On Thursday a lady called to wrap up the details. Even though I had entered ALL my financial information on the application, right down to checking account routing and account number, she had absolutely nothing to go on. So I redid all the financial information over the phone. Then she wanted to schedule delivery for Sunday. I pointed out that we had already done that earlier in the week. She put me back on hold, then came back and said she had found it, between 3-7 Saturday. Perfect. I had my old stone removed Friday; they weren't available to take it on a Saturday. No big deal- a day and a half without a stove wasn't going to kill me. Fast forward to Saturday. It's 6:53, and no stove or phone call. I called the store. The gentleman was polite but useless. I'm now scheduled for Sunday delivery, 3-7. I wasn't pleased, to say the least. I pointed out that this delivery was scheduled for Tuesday and confirmed on Saturday. I got nowhere. Some ridiculous partial story about merging and I could call the "North" store... As I told him, that would get me nowhere. A stall tactic, designed to blame someone else. So I hope this arrives tomorrow, without any more rub-around, but I have little faith. A fast-talking person on the phone, offering many empty apologies, doesn't change the fact that so far I haven't received the stove as promised. I can only hope it shows up on Sunday - and is the correct item! I'll bet if I'm 30 minutes late with a payment they'll suddenly pay attention to promises made regarding time! They can't honor their commitments, but you know they'll be strict about mine.

This specific location is the worst to lease anything from. Josh and (Dylan the do boy) will call you a million times a day after I have explained to them over & over starting from the beginning of my purchase agreement that I’m only paid once per month on the 20th and they will STILL call you right at 8:00am asking for payment & showing up at my house. The repeated phone calls back to back before my pay dates is so annoying and harassing. I’ve saved all voicemails with screen shots of my call log as I have contacted corporate and will proceed from there. They don’t even get paid enough to sit on the phone all day to harass people the way that they do. If I hadn’t promised my son that I would let him keep the gaming computer then I would definitely take it back and on top of it I only have a few more payments left on it before I’m done. But, the way that these guys move is bad for business. I never had any problems like this leasing from another location as I will NEVER come to this Fountain location ever again. I literally had to block all of the different phone numbers that they were calling me from asking for money before my pay date because it has been that bad.***If you’re thinking about leasing from this location then I feel bad for you already take the drive and visit another local store as you will see the difference ***

Do not miss the date you have to pay or they will call you from 6 different numbers and harass you until they get the payment. Sometimes they don't even wait for you to pay, they call 8 in the morning asking for it..lol never again

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! I applied online for a PS5. It clearly asked for a dollar to get started, my first payment was set to September 1st. After all the paperwork was signed online and my budget adjusted for the first I get a call from Josh saying they need the first month up front. I only gave one star cause Kirk was professional. Other than that I do not wish anyone to waste their time here. I wasted 4 days of my life waiting to be approved only to hear this. Never doing business here again!

Stopped in because I needed to use a restroom. The goodwill was/is being upgraded and there restrooms were closed so I rushed over to Aaron's and asked if they had a restroom. The lady said no. If she would have said yes, however they are for customers I only, I could have explained that as a senior I have a medical condition and it really was an emergency. Maybe, that would have changed her mind. However since she said no with no other options I was forced to seek another place. Didn't make it. A little understanding would have been nice.

Make sure you have dash cams in your cars if you see Aarons driving around because I was in a parking lot with my son and daughter in the car both in car seats and got backed into by one of their drivers! To make matters worse all I asked was my tail gate to be fixed and the car seats to be replaced and I just got told by their insurance that they are claiming I hit them! Unreal glad this is how you treat service members. Oh and they also gave me two wrong numbers and one wrong name for their insurance so they can call and submit the claim before I could. Josh you have my number reach out.

The customer service is horrible. We wanted to rent to own a washer/dryer set. We put in an order for Jan. 26th which was supposed to be delivered to the store within 3-5 business days. They never contacted us to let us know the shipping was delayed. Furthermore, they told us we wouldn't be able to get our equipment delivered until a week out because they didn't have a driver. Once we saw it had been delivered to the store. They lied and said we canceled our order. The rude and quickly frustrated employee then refused to do business with us. I see this as an out because I wouldn't want to give money to a low quality business. No manners what so ever. I give this zero stars and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
