Brandon and Cameron were tremendously helpful. Cameron is very knowledgeable, and willing to explain first. Both display excellent customer service and are willing to go the extra mile. Regardless of where I live in the city as long as Brandon and Cameron are at this location, I will travel to Fountain AT&T!P.s. Graciela was cool too when Brandon and Cameron were running around she helped customers and even kept me company explaining details about things!

This location sucks. No greeting or anything from some girl working, just walked out after waiting 15 minutes because there was zero acknowledgment of our existence???

Wouldn’t even give 1star. I was overcharged two months in a row due to employee changing my plan when I purchased a new phone for my husband and added additional line to my plan which doesn’t even exist. Manager never credited what was overcharged and never called to follow up as was promised for a month now. Every time you try to talk to a manager , he is off or not there. Thank you for promised follow up, still waiting. Unprofessional.

I try to be so patient and understanding as I know dealing with the general public is harsh to say the least. We were so patient while my husband purchased a new phone in November and it took a while for them to get us all set up. I was told my plan was outdated but have no fear it can be updated for unlimited data without changing my bill at all! I said out loud "as long as my bill doesn't go up aside from the monthly purchase of the phone itself." My bill went up over $100. The last few months have been insane and I finally got around to calling ATT and was told I had needlessly been paying $40 extra each bill because something was put in the computer wrong that day in Nov. I'm frustrated. I know ATT has a reputation of ripping people off. I mean literally ask anyone...but dang. I'm sad it had to be this way. Glad costumer service could fix the issue and lower my bill but sad I paid so much extra for months now.

This store is terrible in every way. The location itself is a nuisance. Very, very small with little to no parking with sketchy people hanging out in front regularly. The manager and the sales employees are NOT there to help you any way!!! DONT dare interrupt their social time! They will belittle and berate you until you leave! Rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and above all, a complete waste of time. ANY other ATT location is better than this store!!! It should be investigated thoroughly by local law enforcement immediately!

The customer service is beyond poor and I think poor management is to blame. The manager looks like a freak (the weird haircut, the earrings, etc...), which would have been OK when he was in high school, but it's grotesque for an adult. It would be much better if he were to spend his time and energy on the store since after all he represents AT&T...

I've never seen a store that is so disinterested in doing business - they seem annoyed that customers even bother to enter their store... Based on my experience (I am in retail as well) I am willing to bet that the store is a front for some criminal activity (just take a look at their 'manager' and the 'ladies' working there)...

This store is the most idiotic store. Sherrie is lazy. Don’t get help from her she doesn’t know her job. Want to change a account pin? They don’t know how. Go anywhere else besides this place.

Every time I have had to go in to this store the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. The last 2 times I had to go in to update a couple of phones, Wolf helped me out. He was patient and kind and didn't get stressed under pressure. Then when I went in again Nick and Wolf both helped me and again were very patient and helpful. I will only go to this store for my cellular needs.

Pretty terrible - the two female associates 'working' didn't feel like doing their job, so zero stars for customer service. We are getting JAG involved and switching from AT&T to Verizon based on our experience at this particular store. More to follow...

They tried to make it my fault on not having paperwork proving I gave them a phone 2 years ago and charged me for a trade in deal this whole time. Thankfully after back and forth for weeks a customer service rep proved they had my phone unlike the manager who tried to say the guy stole it. We are fully refunded thanks to at&t customer service rep. Not this store.
