“On a short notice called and was able to get my truck in. Just needed my seats and carpet shampooed and the work turned out better than I thought. I greatly appreciate it. Truck use to be used for work in the oil feild and they were able to bring life back. Some stains not able to be pulled, but they did an amazing job.”

“EDIT: Initially, my experience with this shop was horrendous, HOWEVER, one of the owners, Ryan, reached out to me and asked for an in person meeting to go over my concerns with the vehicle and the service preformed. we went over every single detail of the repairs completed, addressed repairs that were missed/skipped over and he offered a solution. He brought my vehicle in a second time, him and his team addressed every missed aspect and released the vehicle back to me better than it looked the first time. For that I change my review, especially considering they adjusted their staff to preform better work and results. thanks again for making it right.-Unless you have a traditionally luxury vehicle, I do NOT recommend this shop. Long story short, I dropped off my Fiat Abarth here for hail damage repair and to have the wrap replaced (cant fix dents without a mirror finish and wrap does not provide a mirror finish.) I dropped off my vehicle October 3rd, 2023. I did not receive my vehicle until January 31st, STILL NOT COMPLETED. Throughout the entire four months they had my vehicle, I had to call if I wanted an update. Turns out, a month prior, my vehicle had stopped running. I found out by receiving a call for a quote for mechanical repairs (which were not accurate to the repairs actually needed.) I still don't understand why they didn't inform me the minute it was no longer running (turns out the spark plugs were flooded and fouled by fuel, which I had to pay for). Insurance wouldn't cover the replacement of the wrap, so I opted to have the aftermarket front bumper painted to match. It wasn't until two-ish months from the drop off date was the hail damage repaired, and there's still a large dent on the driver door. When I became frustrated with how my patience was being taken advantage of, I went and had my vehicle towed away. After bringing the vehicle home, I reviewed the supplement once more. Not only did they charge insurance to remove the headlights, taillights, and bumper trims (which I did prior to dropping it off because i didn't want my aftermarket parts to be accidentally damaged because they were ordered from the UK) they did not order the only two parts that needed to be replaced, which were just door window moldings. After picking up, I called asking why the parts weren't replaced and why they were never ordered. Danelsy and Janae were the only two people who seemed to care and try to amend my mistreatment. Simply because they are newer employees and just weren't aware of the mistreatment I was receiving. In the four months they had my vehicle, they only removed the wrap, dropped my bumper off at a 3rd party shop for paint, and popped out most of the hail dents. FOUR MONTHS. I still cant understand why they didn't order the window trim or inform me that my car wasn't running, or at least repair all of the dents on my vehicle (which insurance was paying for.) That being said, don't bring your car here unless you have a conventionally luxury car. Those are the only customers they care for.”

“Car toys is like a giant toy store for people who love audio. Friendly helpful and most of all knowledgeable. I was most impressed with Rick who was my installer! He made my system sound incredible and the work is like art work! Highly recommend! And that is why I am a repeat customer!Also did you know that Ryan is a professional paint specialist and did the most amazing paint correction on my car! It’s indescribable, the perfection that he brought my paint too is amazing ! He was able to work on the car while my head unit speakers and amp were installed in the same day! Basically what I’m saying is if your reading this get yourself to Car Toys on Harrison ask for Ryan, and you will be 1000 times happier in your ride !”

“The crew did a really good job at detailing my car, but with only one small area that got missed. These photos were taken the day of when I picked up my car. I wouldn’t be too harsh on it because they did install my new wind visors, which I appreciated. Also, they’re conveniently located next to Enterprise, which is nice so I can get a rental next time I leave my car overnight for full detail.”

“Great services even when there was an incident during my wash. The GM and staff member taped up a small busted window and gave me towels in case water got in my car. Then as I was going through the wash, the person behind me put there car in drive. The staff stopped the wash and tried to get the person to stop but they ended up bumping me. The GM came out and had both of us pull our vehicles to the side. The GM reviewed the video and notified us what happens. They also let me know my rights, options and what the establishment could do to support me. Since there were no damages to either vehicle, I decided not push the issue. The GM then tactfully reiterated the faults caused by the other driver and stressed the importance of follow staff instructions. Even with this incident, the staff was helpful and friendly. Will return and refer!!”

“This was my first time and I was very pleased at the wash. My front windshield was especially grimy on the inside and they touched up some missed spots without any hassle and were glad to do it to my satisfaction.I also bought the book of 10 Full Service Washes after the attendant explained the many options to save money.Service: Auto interior vacuuming”
