“So I'm not really one who leaves a lot of reviews. Mostly because I think experiences these days are usually adequate to less than stellar. It's rare when I leave one, but when I do it's because it was exceptional, and that's what my experience was with Kerwin and his amazing wife was over at Aloha Detailing. Our new to us 2016 Mini Cooper S Countryman purchased from Schomp Mini was a lease return vehicle and to say she was in kinda rough shape was an understatement. Previous owner had done the obligatory drive thru car wash so swirls a plenty were in the paint along with various body scratches, water drying damage on all the black accent body pieces and then the black custom wheels looked like they'd been damaged with some kind of acidic cleaner with gray streaks all over them. Don't even get me started on the interior. As this is my wife's daily driver I knew it needed help and after a bit of research decided to give Aloha a try. First off, great communication, honest assessment and a no bull crap expectation of what they could do. Wasn't the cheapest but I knew I wanted something more than the local Car wash detailing that was the one and done service for $199 - my wife deserves better. Kerwin blew us away with how it turned out and highly highly recommend them for anyone looking to give your "bucket list" car the correct treatment. In addition, he was amazing too when I mentioned we were getting stripes done and his advice of paint correction first, then stripes, then Ceramic coating was greatly appreciated and he even accommodated us in an additional trip to finish her off after stripes were applied - so very grateful cuz I had that backwards in the order needed. Truly Kerwin is an absolute professional, a man of his word and more than fair in his pricing. Lot's of choices in our town for detailing but save yourself the disappointment with all the others and just go with Aloha. His attention to detail and finished work ethic is extraordinary - they truly went way beyond our expectations!!!!!! thnx again Kerwin!!!!!”

“EDIT: Initially, my experience with this shop was horrendous, HOWEVER, one of the owners, Ryan, reached out to me and asked for an in person meeting to go over my concerns with the vehicle and the service preformed. we went over every single detail of the repairs completed, addressed repairs that were missed/skipped over and he offered a solution. He brought my vehicle in a second time, him and his team addressed every missed aspect and released the vehicle back to me better than it looked the first time. For that I change my review, especially considering they adjusted their staff to preform better work and results. thanks again for making it right.-Unless you have a traditionally luxury vehicle, I do NOT recommend this shop. Long story short, I dropped off my Fiat Abarth here for hail damage repair and to have the wrap replaced (cant fix dents without a mirror finish and wrap does not provide a mirror finish.) I dropped off my vehicle October 3rd, 2023. I did not receive my vehicle until January 31st, STILL NOT COMPLETED. Throughout the entire four months they had my vehicle, I had to call if I wanted an update. Turns out, a month prior, my vehicle had stopped running. I found out by receiving a call for a quote for mechanical repairs (which were not accurate to the repairs actually needed.) I still don't understand why they didn't inform me the minute it was no longer running (turns out the spark plugs were flooded and fouled by fuel, which I had to pay for). Insurance wouldn't cover the replacement of the wrap, so I opted to have the aftermarket front bumper painted to match. It wasn't until two-ish months from the drop off date was the hail damage repaired, and there's still a large dent on the driver door. When I became frustrated with how my patience was being taken advantage of, I went and had my vehicle towed away. After bringing the vehicle home, I reviewed the supplement once more. Not only did they charge insurance to remove the headlights, taillights, and bumper trims (which I did prior to dropping it off because i didn't want my aftermarket parts to be accidentally damaged because they were ordered from the UK) they did not order the only two parts that needed to be replaced, which were just door window moldings. After picking up, I called asking why the parts weren't replaced and why they were never ordered. Danelsy and Janae were the only two people who seemed to care and try to amend my mistreatment. Simply because they are newer employees and just weren't aware of the mistreatment I was receiving. In the four months they had my vehicle, they only removed the wrap, dropped my bumper off at a 3rd party shop for paint, and popped out most of the hail dents. FOUR MONTHS. I still cant understand why they didn't order the window trim or inform me that my car wasn't running, or at least repair all of the dents on my vehicle (which insurance was paying for.) That being said, don't bring your car here unless you have a conventionally luxury car. Those are the only customers they care for.”

“If you have a vehicle you’re considering paint protection for, this is the only place to go. They came highly recommended by some friends with high end cars and my experience was absolutely fantastic. You get what you pay for and it was so worth it. First, they took me in last minute because I changed what vehicle I was going to by. They took me in 10 minutes after leaving the bmw dealership and only took two days on a last minute notice to a policy the ceramic coating PPF to front half of vehicle, side skirts, and rear quarter panels. They communicated with me the entire time, and I thought it was incredibly professional to set up a 2 week follow up visit to make sure everything is good to go. I will take every vehicle I get moving forward to EAP! You guys rock!”

“It's always a crap shoot when looking for auto repairs, and you can't be certain you're dealing with a reputable dealer, who deals in quality repairs. This fits the bill, and I'm delighted with the results. Ain't cheap (fender repair/front quarter panel on 2016 MDX cost about $2200), and it takes awhile (about two weeks, or ten working days--nature of the business of repairing, painting, cooking paint, etc), but the results were worth it. I wouldn’t be too harsh on it because they did install my new wind visors, which I appreciated. Also, they’re conveniently located next to Enterprise, which is nice so I can get a rental next time I leave my car overnight for full detail.”

“Went in for an estimate for hail damage from 2023. The collision center is very busy due to the weather catastrophes in 2023, and the demand for repairs is high. Unfortunately, the earliest they will be able to get my vehicle in is in May of this year. Then, to complete the work, it will take 16 to 18 weeks”

“Good service, was recommended by CW. Purchased fifth wheel B&W hitch, asked if all parts were present. Was told yes, but at installation less than two hours later found out some very important brackets were not included, needed for newer style truck. Now have to wait a day for parts to come in. Just closed on selling the house and living temporary in hotel. So I will give the four instead of five stars. Will go back due to great selection of truck and trailer hard ware.”

“Great value for a once in a while washer. Had to buff out some light swirl marks afterwards but that's expected from an auto wash. I've seen them pressure wash the brushes in the morning, go early before the brushes get too dirty.”

They got my truck in the next day! The PDR technician showed his skill and professionalism in returning my truck to like new condition! They finished the work in 1-day! I used to use the place at Nevada and Austin Bluffs but it closed suddenly without notice (and the owner was not very nice if you drove through his parking lot more than 2 miles an hour) so I had to find another place and Express car wash on. Fillmore is awesome!”

At the end of the tournament, we went through the car wash to clean the car off, but the markers did not come off. The staff helped us find and gave us cleaning supplies to remove the markers free of charge.”
