Don’t go to get documents notarized here. They don’t follow the correct process. I wasted two trips all for Colorado State secretary to tell me they can’t verify because the person who notarized it did it incorrectly.

They are a bunch of liars, ran me around for over a month saying they sent the check. Then they accuse me of fraud!!!tThey owed me $2300 and was withholding it. Never bank here.

Dear J.P. Morgan: Please open a branch in Pueblo, CO! I appreciate having my accounts at Chase because they are professionals at customer service (they get my bills paid online super-fast!), but I do not like driving 30 minutes north if I need to visit a branch. Pueblo needs their own Chase!

Debbie the older lady that sits in one of the desks was rude,disrespectful & unprofessional and cut me short when I came into to reopen an account she asked me why was my account was closed & I mentioned to her that i resolved the matter with the collections department and she said ok we will see about that when you come in and call fraud as if I was some kind of criminal

The worst bank i've ever used. This specific location doesn't answer their phone and then the machine hangs up on you. You literally cannot speak to a human. And Chase bank in general is a joke. They actually refused to accept coins from my wife yesterday. I'll repeat that, they refused to accept a US Govt federal currency.

Lindsay was terrific. I walked in almost at close with a deposit I couldn't do online . In and out very quickly and she was both helpful and personable. If I need to visit a branch again I'll come back here.

I scheduled an appointment for 1 pm so I could have the time to do everything I needed in the day. I showed up 20 minutes early to open my account just in case an issue rose when opening my account. Initially we were sent to the tellers who were extremely nice and notified the banker or whatever they're called. The banker instead chose to go into the lobby and help another couple which was fine since we still had time and she told them "I have an appointment at one but i'll see what I can do". All this was fine the issue arose when it was 12:57 and she had been told we were there and she said "i hope they don't show up". Ok no issue you still have time a bit rude but understandable, 1:10 and the tellers have offered us water and apologized for her. They told the banker yet again we were waiting and she said "well they have to wait". At this point we got up and left, Why do I have to schedule an appointment if they clearly don't care for my time?

Many times this bank has failed at customer service today I closed my account because they can't add anyone to your account without an appointment but they can close it without one . Teller Eliana helped me with a bad attitude from the moment I walked up as if she hated her job very unprofessional for a bank

0 customer service. Tried calling over a 30 min period (during business hours) and either it drops your call or no one answers and it says to call back later. No VM option. Pathetic business practice.

Got my wallet stolen and they said they couldn't do anything about it??? They just gave me a number that asked the same thing of them, wow thanks guys. I had a picture of my ID because my real one got stolen but they wouldn't accept it because it was digital. For instance my ent card also got stolen and all they needed was for me to answer a security question and I got my a new card. Chase just doesn't care about its customers and its kind of infuriating, most likely will stop letting them use my money use my money all together.

A glitch in the system removed me from "My" account. Not a fan. Very inconvenient when it is a business account and they "Remember" me from the prior 3 days. Weird stuff

I cannot believe this BANK doesn't have an ATM--still! It was stolen MONTHS ago and has not been replaced. It's a HUGE inconvenience. It's been too long and we're over it. Plus the charge for checkings now. Avoid this bank. There's about 4 others right across the street.
