I used to enjoy shopping at goodwill, but now that the dressing rooms are permanently closed I won't be shopping here anymore. I have to try on clothes before I buy them to be sure they fit how I want.Tried buying without trying on and had to return it all (and they only offer store credit) and now I am out that money because I won't buy without trying it on anymore.

I think it really sucks that they don't have in store dressing rooms any more- ever since Covid when all of the stores had to close them, most of them reopened since.Goodwill, however, decided to permanently leave them closed. They follow that statement with the fact that you can make returns for 7 days following purchase, for store credit only, with original tags&receipt and to the same store location where you made your purchase. Which is in itself one of the worst return policies I've ever heard of. Not to mention if someone happens to have to drive however far or be out of town when they need something, that makes it really inconvenient and time consuming if not impossible. I know if I'm making a purchase I also don't have time to try it on at home, return it within 7 days because I don't have one where I live and don't go by one regularly- if I did then it would basically be like a constant get and return thing anyway, given you're forced into store credit to start the cycle of buying things which you have no way in knowing if will work for you or not. I could go on, but I'll just say there's something about every aspect of their policy that is not consumer friendly and I'm sure it's convenient for them that most people don't go thru all the troubles and just keep the clothing/ other items or get store credit that they never end up using because that's just how it works.Other than that, this specific store is okay sized but strangely doesn't seem to have a good selection in any dept. Just the bare minimum. I won't get started on the pricing that's higher than new items because they don't have the perfect model to go by and there's alot that goes into pricing plus they're the one thrift store that doesn't waste very much because of the so many different things they do like recycling, online sales and outlet stores, etc. So most items get sold at some point. The guy at checkout was really nice though and the store was fairly clean, given that it's full of used items and has alot of traffic. The restrooms were clean and well stocked and they have alot of parking right in front.

Donation center staff are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. We've been clearing out my mom's house (who lives down there) and bringing about 4 boxes of really nice items every other week or so and every single time they complain about how much stuff we have. Wow, thought that was the job of Goodwill. I'll just take it to Arc next time.

Prices are getting too high at all Goodwill's. I stopped shopping here years ago, but still go occasionally with my parents, and the prices are kind of shocking. They wanted $10 for a pair of dirty Walmart tennis shoes. I can get the NEW ones for $12 a block away at the WALMART! Granted, they were on sale at Walmart, but there they still were. For $12! There are still some hidden gems once in a while but it sure isn't the value you used to get. I have actually seen things from dollar tree priced at or above the dollar tree price too. Scary. I would still go there all the time if it wasn't so crazy. I have fond memories of finding great deals on stuff. I guess it's true, all good things come to an end. Sigh...

This store is always stocked, clean and organized. You can stop in multiple times a week and find something new each time. It is not a huge store, but they make use of every inch

First time visiting there and never going back. So unprofessional. Had trouble with an employee named jessie, I dont know if it was a race thing but i was being followed around the store and being talked about with other employees accused of stealing. I will be reaching out to cooperate !

I was there when the previous 1-star review writer was there complaining. The store manager handled her complaints with humor and grace, so good job guy, you're underpaid. She was mad about some item being overpriced, but that's kinda the deal with chain thrift stores. Prices are random and arbitrary. If everybody agrees something is too expensive then no one will buy it and you can come back when it's 50% off in two weeks or whatever

This is a greedy one guys. Beware. Goodwill regular here. Asked about a CHIPPED Xmas tree lighter top. I pieced it together with the bottom myself as the other 3 parts were all over the store and priced individually. I asked for a deal to combine the price for less since it was spread out all over the store and chipped. Eric called Marlene over and she said oooh this is vintage I’ll have to take it to my manager. Then came back saying nope no deal…. On a chipped item which I pieced together myself. I said it’s chipped and all priced separately and it’s a piece that could only go together, not go with other things. Eric, my cashier was astounded at how ridiculous the separate prices were and then quickly changed his tune in front of Marlene. This place is just super GREEDY. So sick of Goodwill behaving like this when they think they got something old, most of which all their good stuff goes online! It’s so sad that we are going to quit shopping here bc of employees like Marlene and Eric who also shot me a dirty look when I said I would just write a review about my experience and asked his name so I could include it in my review. They genuinely did not care. We are regular pickers, but will cross this shady place off the list as their employees are brainwashed and dealing in mismatched damaged stuff that’s all separately priced and overpriced! God forbid they think the item you want is vintage… I didn’t see the antiques roadshow in there. Just hit a different thrift. Greedwill has lost their minds in this economy.

I don’t care what reason they think they have - shutting down fitting rooms is absurd, especially when they didn’t change the return policy to be more lenient. You get store credit only. Are you kidding me? This used to be my go-to store for my kids, but I won’t be back til I can be handed cash for the twenty items I have to take home in order for my children to try them on.

This place is great. If you want to donate, get ready to have the best of the worst taking your items. They seem to not only have themselves and their jobs, but you as well. And don’t forget to ask for your tax form so you can itemize on your tax returns next year.

Donation center staff could be taught proper customer etiquette. Being told "that's enough" while dropping off tons of perfectly good child toys isn't exactly friendly.

Very clean store and well organized. One of the nicest goodwills that I have been in and I have been in many across many states. Very nice. Great job.

If it more variety instead of more solid colors. I'd prefer more textured clothes if that makes sense.

This WAS an amazing place to shop. The prices went from reasonable to down right outrageous. I have witnessed the staff on several occasions take the merchandise and price it reasonable for them to buy but us as customer can pay four times what the employees pay. The so called round up system goodwill processes is a good cause is insane they ask us everytime we go to the registers if we want to round up. When I say no I find at the bottom of my receipts that I have rounded up 90 cents???? This is THEIF GOODWILL I SAID NO. The staff gets incentives to round up when you say no they will just slip it in because the goodwill has made them get a giftcard for the most round ups.
