I have never in my life had to wait so long to be seen at a bank. Obviously we don’t always know what everyone’s job is, and I’m sure it is more of an issue as to how the operation is set up, but in a place that seems to be fully staffed with multiple employees that are not currently with customers, waiting nearly an hour to be seen seems a bit excessive. Additionally, the customer service was not up to my expectations and I just feel as though a branch that has been around for as long as this one has should be run in a more effective and efficient manner. ENT overall is great to bank with and I love their service! This location has just not lived up to my expectations. Hope this helps!

Don't understand how an ATM can't accept deposits shortly after they've closed. It's frustrating to drive 10 minutes for nothing. Has happened more than once.

I never saw the guys name tag! But the man with the little bumble bee was the best ever! Brightened my entire day! Set up my new credit card because I had no idea I needed to upgrade it! Give that man a promotion I loved him!!!!

Quite literally, the most useless bank in history. You can do nothing with ent. They don't have zelle they aren't compatible with anything. Completely useless and it costs money to bank there

Says they have 24 hour atm but it doesn't. Used three of my active ent cards for the swipe and literally did not let me in the door. Maybe change the 24 hour atm if its not actually 24 hours

Love this bank. True there can be a line at times but staff is efficient and more than competent to take care of any needs or questions I might have.

Cant believe that this credit union says they support the military community what a joke. Tried to use them for my business and they repeatedly charged fees above what they advertised. Then tried to by a house even after I had been with them for over 13 years and backed out the day before closing . If you really want a credit union that treats you like family go to navy federal they are a true military focused credit union ENT is not where you want to be.

They mailed my car tittle to my old address, not even the complete addresd. Funny that al my junk ent mail gets to my house but important paperwork is misplaced.

The worker me and my oldest sister worked with her name was Beth was very rude to us and would not let my sister open an account so if you do any business here do not work with Beth she is a very nasty and rude person who I think should not even be working at a place where she has to work with people

Multiple Checking, Savings, and Auto loans with these guys however they are the furthest thing from competitive as of late. Pretty sad actually looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere really soon.
