They wouldn't take my friends package. Even though it is within specs for weight and size to be shipped. They refuse to lift anything or move. They really didn't give a valid reason.

Not the nicest of workers. Went in this morning to ask about shipping options of something I needed shipped. They weighed my item and told me $400. That's it. No help on other options. How does a 5 pound item cost $400? Almost like they just didn't want to help me. Perhaps they hadn't had their morning coffee. By the way, I went to the other place that starts with an U and ends with an PS and they helped me package and ship my item for $65!
