Worst experience with HR Block. Apparently my e filing number was changed here with a tax pro, and I’m unable to amend my return online. No one here can “fix it” and no one from customer service or tech can help. This is ridiculous especially when these “tax pros” charge $300.00. We will never use HR Block again.
