Very rude staff. Pumps are always broken or not working. I can go on and on but instead I just recommend everyone to either stick to snack shack or 7-11. Don't waste your energy or money on this place. Have a good day!

Doors were locked for a ridiculous amount of time for a “bathroom break” as a sign on the door said. However the amount of time the doors stayed closed was unbelievable

This location has posted prices for items , and they do not honor the posted prices for those said items ,Not once , not twice , hit this is the third time , I have come to thos location and those prices are still posted and not honored. That's either laziness and un willing to change displays or ???

Go to 7/11 if you need ice, these clowns only allow one bag per customer. They act like ice is a precious commodity. Thanks to the girl cashier wearing glasses and raggedy teeth held together with braces trying to be cute about it this review was written.

I got kicked out and my friend got fired because an employee quit. The general manager there is a witch, trying to kick me out since she's been there, telling the employees not to talk to me, and even then I was friendly to her. I would recommend another kum and go or service station.

I used to love coming here but now the employees are either old and incompetent or rude. Check your self because gas is just as expensive everywhere else.

KUM & GO #0670There is an cashier who is quite new at this location (hired within the last 3-4 weeks - Today is 2/16/23) that has cost Kum & Go a loyal customer of 7+ years.The company isn't losing me because she placed a $25 order when I asked for $35 in gas three weeks ago...The Company isn't losing me for when she charged my wife $34.97 (when she had also asked for $35 for her vehicle) and responded with "I can't..." (two weeks ago) - I get it. Mistakes happen when you're new.The company isn't even losing me as a customer due to the cashier asking me for my ID (as I totally) understand that is part of her job description, and some things require an ID.The reason the company is losing me as a "valued customer" is that this cashier attempted to grab my wallet to put my ID inside it. When I pulled my wallet back, she had the nerve to throw my ID at me. - In the simplest of terms, that is nothing more than assault.I placed the item back toward her side of the counter, collected my wallet and ID, and talked to the manager, who stated that "She was wrong for that. I will talk to her about that..." (which I appreciate but highly doubt it will be effective... if she does talk to her about it).I try to be empathetic to the plight of new employees (as we all have to start somewhere and we have all been the new guy/gal) especially those in the Customer Service Industry; but when someone who obviously lacks customer service skills is placed into a position that they are not a "good fit" for within the company, they will simply wind up being a detriment/Liability and cost the Company revenue.Just remember, it costs more to get a new customer than to retain an old customer.Be better, people...

Friendly service who are ready to help with any questions or requests for fresh hot foods like pizzas or egg rolls etc. Couldn't ask for anything more here.
