July 6th - Jordan, who works in the paint area assisted me with the paint that I needed. Unfortunately, when I went to pay for the paint at the self checkout the lid was not closed all the way and I spilled the paint all over the floor. Karin, who works at the self checkout saw this and immediately helped me clean the mess up. Karin, went above and beyond to help. Jordan, was unapologetic but gave me another order of the paint that I needed. I informed Ben who is the store supervisor of the situation. Thank you, Karin for your help!

Why is it such an issue to get my military discount applied by an associate. I don't carry my drivers license with me I carry my military ID with me and I really get such attitude that it makes me not want to visit lowes again. I believe the lady's name is Antoinette who told me she wouldn't do it again. You know Home depot is such a ways away but I never get treated this way over a discount. Her attitude is so unnecessary

For the most part, this Lowe's is friendlier and more helpful than the others in town and definitely better than Home Depot. Prices are as expected and they are well stocked.

Lowes was great, I hate to say it! But it was better than HomeDepot. I usually go to HomeDepot but been having issues there lately. So I went to Lowes and had a rather good experience!! I'm thinking about switching to Lowes now! Would of gave 5 stars but I want to make sure this trip wasn't just a fluke lol. Maybe next time 5 ? ? ? ? ?

The service from the associates ate always a 4 to 5 star ? rating, it's their prices I don't like. I needed a filter for my refrigerator, and they priced it at $50, and I found the same filter on Amazon for only $10.

Horrific experience with Lowes third party delivery and resolution by the customer care team.
Had one excellent install of my dishwasher so so on the refractor
Washer and dryer, range absolutely appalling service if one could call it that
I will now be six days into getting the washers correctly installed as of Saturday this week
Last Saturday Lowes sent out totally incompetent installers: disrespectful of my property and the complete disregard of what I paid for. They didn’t level the washers and dryer. Moreover, they didn’t secure the dryer to the pedestal. Said they left the necessary tools and lever at their warehouse. I called the third party delivery team to file a complaint as the driver not only water damaged my instruction books, drove onto my new 19k septic tank which was clearly marked
This being said I paid for a parking arise which would fit between 3-4 of the delivery trucks
Luis who was here on Saturday took the most necessary four bolts to secure the washer drum for my future move
Delivery team yesterday called the warehouse and was told bolts were thrown in the trash Saturday. Andreas told me Lowes would call as the ball was in their court
Three hours on the phone with multiple customer care agents, to included two supervisors
Going to compensate me $25 to now go can me LG secure boots specific to the model I purchased from LG
I told Briana that was not acceptable for seven days of my time and stress
Brianna came back in the line said $50 dollars was the max for all of my times
I told her this was unacceptable: Brianna then said she would send my case to their third party delivery team to compensate me.. REALLY????? The t am yesterday said this is on Lowes
So in summation beware as you are at the mercy of who their third party sends out and the amount of training they have received
I am a loyal Lowes customer but after this experience I will purchase wherever i happen to be. Lowes should have themselves dealt with thir third party delivery and made this request right
After all this is who they entrust to deliver your purchase
I would give Lowes a negative ten stars for disregarding my time and loyalty
Now today I will pick up the three hundred dollars of blinds i ordered a couple of weeks ago
