Im a 66yrs old Military Retired and a Veteran, today after been a customer of this store for 8 years I was heavily mistreated and disrespected by the store manager on duty bu the name of Viena or Venicia some like that. I purchased the wrong size of wood (15 pieces) for my fence and came back to have Lumber Department to cut it. An associated in the customer service department that I could not remember his name with a red beard told me that they dont do that and after I told him that I always have my wood cut or resize there he verified with the manager on duty Mrs Viena and she told me that they dont do that. I them proceed to return the merchandise and right after I went to the Lumber department and an associated there told that he will cut it for me, right them when he was going to cut the wood he told me that the have the wood with the measurements that I want (5 feet tall) and I went ahead and got 15 pieces and went to the register to pay. When I went pull my Debt card from my mini metal wallet all the cards came out and two of them went to the register side. The cashier give me one, I told her is another that fall also and she said was only one, after I told her look better under your register and all your area because is another Credit Card Im missing and she keep tell me no was only one. At that time I request a manager and Mrs Viena came over and another guy that work in that Department by the name of Richard. They start looking in the register area and Ricard found my other card that I was missing, at that time I got pretty upset and told the cashier ". I told you was two card" I did raise my voice but at no time I was screaming or use any profanity, I was really mad and Mrs Viena told "Im going to paid for this and you on your way. I told her I pay for my merchandise and the other associated, Richard said " She want you to roll man" I was lost for a second but them realized that "roll" mean for them "get-out" . After all this happen I was right all the time they was wrong and their behavior was mistreatment and disrespectful, that's definitely not customer service. I will not tolerated this Im going to do everything in my power to rectify this situation

This store only implements self checkout regardless of the fact they have numerous employees standing around in different sections gossiping and laughing. It must be great to have a job where you really don't have to work. I do not work for this large, money making chain so I do not expect to check myself out I left my full basket at the self checkout area and walked out. I looked at the lines and they were long because of all the problems people were experiencing in checking themselves out. Shame on these box chains for their poor service. Thank goodness for Amazon. Oh, I recently cancelled my charge card as well because of their usurious interest rate and they now charge $1.99 for a paper bill.

I use the Loews in Fountain, CO. but my Fountain Loew's didn't have the soil I required but Loew's store on Constitution did. They're the ones that got everything wrong, as well as Loew's 800 numbers. I.ordered one 60-bag pallet of organic top soil and one 60-bag pallet of organic cow manure. Instead, they sent One $2.00ish Bag of cow manure and charged $15 for the delivery. Several calls later, to various parties, they finally found our order and promised delivery from 0830-2030 yesterday. THEY NEVER CAME. We went to bed at 2200, waiting all day. We told them this morning we'd be gone all day. They said their "Fulfillment Center" would call us within 24 hours to arrange delivery. Instead, they delivered both pallets when we were not home and almost 50 feet from where we wanted the drop--which will necessitate my walking 120 bags 50 additional feet each to get them to our backyard, each bag weighing 26-30 lbs. A third party (like Grub Hub, they said) does all of Lowe's deliveries and there's no way for them to contact us or we them, or get a normal window and ETA of when they're coming and that we'll be home. We were in an endless loop of calling and general incompetence, were nickel and dimed so Loew's could make some profit from alleged service, using independent contactors rather than their own reliable people and trucks. We talked to at least half a dozen different parties at Loew's, 10 or 12 calls: phone tag. Next time we'll use The Home Depot.

Very bad service, I prefer home depot...I wanted to change an item and I couldn't do it and when I left at the next door...one of their workers sent me back to customer service thinking that I was stealing it...their service is appalling...

I wish I could give Lowe's Fountain a higher rating especially since this is my closest store. The people are friendly and helpful. The lighting department needs to have a larger and more updated selection. Same with the decor and tile departments. I know that some people like the gray color but it is out of style. Final and biggest pet peeve...the toilet seat covers on the ladies restroom are " INSTALLED UPSIDE DOWN and with duct tape" How can I trust the store to install anything if they cannot even hang a toilet paper covers in their own bathroom correctly!

Abysmal experience. A simple appliance delivery which was explicitly stated to be in stock and ready for delivery the next day gets delayed without explanation, notification or compensation for our time preparing for the delivery or money spent on changing existing plans to accommodate the delivery. When calling customer support, they offered no resolution nor even the option to choose the morning or afternoon delivery window for our delayed delivery timeframe.
