They don't follow through with an agreement you set up I went through major surgery and I told them I am waiting in funding to come in and they said they would work with me but they show up at my house at 6 in the evening demanding money or taking the property back I am not supposed to be up moving like that and they don't care about you as a person I will be in contact with a lawyer don't go through them they will lie straight to your face

They have been coming by even after I returned their items. I called a different store for pick up because I didn;t want to deal with gayle or her minions. Parking at the end of the street and hoping my fence to see if i am home is uncalled for. I don't have your stuff. You got my bank account closed because of the extra charges you tried to pull. Leave me alone. I Highly suggest you don't use this or any rent a cent store

Stalking and harassing me for payment even after I returned their stuff is uncalled for. For some reason they think its ok to park down the street and hop my fence check in my back window and then sneak around to the front of the house to knock on the door and ask for payment. Thats on top of the 100 plus calls, and many charge attempts made. They made so many the bank closed my account. So, I called a store and had them pick up their stuff. After it left my driveway, it is not my problem.

Avoid this location. Purchased a bed from this location, came broken waited close to 6 months for parts to arrive to which they blamed Ashley’s. After righting a bad review was told to pick a bed set online and they would transfer the 800 in credits to the new bed that we had paid. We did and came to inspect the bed prior to delivery, and the bed felt cheap so we asked to put it towards another item in the store and they said it had to be a bed set plus they would pay everything towards the new bed minus our taxes, and insurance that we paid for. So around 500. The reason I say avoid this place is because they don’t take care of their customers.

Apparently they don’t want to make money. My friend was a day late and they were at his door! To pick up the furniture. He was so annoyed he told them to take it. They will not work with you at all, not even a day or two. They rent furniture they repo with out cleaning it so check it out good. Horrible store.

Wish I could give them 0 stars, staff is friendly at first then extremely unhelpful. The person who’s on my contract advised me to sign up for benefits plus because I was pregnant. I was completely lied to when he said my maternity leave would be a covered benefit. Found out today it’s in fact NOT covered. Please do not waste your time, everything is overpriced! Found the same sofa for nearly $900 less.

They gentlemen picking up my fridge went mostly nice. Until leaving when they tried to push his side business as a deck installer. Very unprofessional.

Customer Service here needs a lot of improvement.. Staff is okay but self improvement when it comes treating customers as people and not numbers . Putting more effort in the customer service value needs to be reinforced .. Teamwork starts from the top and it trickles down, focus on outcome not income..

November 2020 by Melissa Lindsay
In the beginning of November I had put $15.00 down online for a Nintendo Switch and than a Pac Man arcade. I did receive a phone call saying they were out of the Switch but if I could come in to fill out the paperwork for the Pac Man arcade I had went into the store filled out portions but I didn't have a few important information that was needed and never went back. The next day I ended up having a family emergency where I was gone for 2 weeks with just returning to town yesterday. To my surprise I receive a rental agreement dated 11/19/2020 with my name on it. I never okayed and wanted this product that I am even more upset that someone signed and dated a contract without my permission. How can a company do this without the go ahead from the customer? Don't 2 people have to settle on a contract isn't that the way it works now a days or when you don't hear back from a customer you just sign and date their name to a contract? I am definitely not interested in ever renting from a company that does business like this also I am not spending my off day seeing who to contact in regards to this.
