Pumps often won't take your card, requiring you to see cashier if you need gas.

I think that Safeway is a great neighborhood store, but the amount of people talking about the ambiance is bad. They are saying that the parking lots are messed up and need fixing. The manager always says that they have discussed it and will fix it, but it has not changed. Every time I go it is the same bumps and curves that need to be fixed. I don't have any problems personally with this, but something needs to be done instead of saying it is discussed and not doing anything.

Personnel management is lacking. Between 3pm and 6pm is usually a rush for most stores including this one but only staffing the deli with one person is not a wise decision. I'm sure there is an excuse about hiring, or some other explanation, but in the end it's an excuse and we all know the value of that.

I have been ordering through the drive up services offered here and it's great and all, but can the employees please look to pick out food that isn't molding. It's upsetting to pay for my groceries and find mold on berries that someone else picked out.

They've barely fixed the parking lot since my last post, and since the storms the roads have just gotten worse. now there's deeper gashes through the asphalt that are absolutely unavoidable

This Safeway is close to my home, and I shop here on a regular basis. The employees are friendly and the food is fresh, but I'm very disappointed to be denied service at the Customer Service Department before they closed at 8pm. I rushed to the store to try and make it before 8pm to get a money order. I arrived before 8pm and was told that reports are run at 7:45 and I was unable to get the money order. I am the General Manager of a restaurant in the Springs. We close at a certain time, yes, but we take orders until that time. I would expect to be able to order anything Customer Service offers--until they close at 8pm.

I can't wait to see how quick you guys fix your crappy vehicle damaging parking lot now that King Soopers is going to be built down the street at Syracuse and Mesa Ridge. I know where I'll be shopping. HAHAHA gotta love some healthy competition!kktv.com/2023/03/06/city…

I want so badly to recommend the only grocery store in this area, and we try and try again to have good experiences, or to take less dramatic options for better experiences. We order pick up and go for our groceries every week. We routinely find mold in our “fresh” veggies, opened packages of meat, and things that were listed as “out” on our list once we pick up but actually there when we go in to check. We have brought *several* moldy and expired items back, called Safeway to address our problems, have requested managers to check our groceries and frankly at this point are out of options. My husband picked this order up yesterday and I am trying to use it to cook, but there is very obviously mold growing in this poblano pepper, and this “pack” of scallions literally came with 3. I desperately wish that there was another convenient grocery location near us, but this is the only close by option and frankly it’s gross. I wish I had photos of all the simply disgusting things we’ve returned. I’m sure this store is too busy to care if one family stops shopping here, especially since they know that they’re the only convenient grocery in Fountain, but I still think that this produce and service should addressed frankly, or at least be embarrassing to be giving out to people, even if you are their only option.

Clean, not too busy, gas is a bit higher but with fuel ⛽ points from Safeway it helps lower the cost.

My very first delivery order with Safeway came all messed up and when I reached out to Safeway to find out why I was never contacted before substitutions were made (including one with meat in it even tho I’m vegetarian and there was no other meat in order) and then some things were just not there at all instead of being substituted (including the stuff that was the entire reason I did order). If this is how delivery orders are done, despite me listing 2 numbers to be reached at, then I don’t want to continue my membership with fresh pass. Not only did I wait on hold forever to even reach a person, the person was rude and didn’t seem at all concerned about my issues, offered no apologies or to in any way make it better and def didn’t offer any solutions I also was assured refunds that I still haven’t seen even attempted I was also told that I would be contacted by someone to “make things right” that definitely never happened and when I was told I was being transferred to someone who could tell me why I was never contacted and see bout getting my items delivered I was instead hung up on and that was the end of the whole thing - I was screwed out of time and money I didn’t have to be screwed out of and Safeway was ok with that and still has made zero attempt to fix this and retain my business. Im saddened by this as they are my preferred grocer, where i fill all my meds and even my fav Starbucks, but i no longwr have a car and am reliant on delivery and after having this interaction and not even an attempt at resolution/making it right i guess ill have to find somewhere new for all that :/

Excellent, it's nice to be able to use gas rewards built up from shopping inside Safeway. Accumulate 100 points from shopping and get a 10 cent reward.
