They seem to work good for me and prices are correct unlike Walmart says it's 96 bucks when at Safeway it was 9 bucks

We will never shop at this Safeway again. We just found out my husband has 2 types of cancer and 2 prescriptions would cost $360.00 Safeway price and approximately $140.00 with single care we waited 2 days and when I called tonight to see if they were ready I was informed that they didn't think we could afford them so they didn't fill them, I informed him that was none of their business and then they didn't believe me that single care was that much cheaper. So tomorrow I will pick the medications up at King Soopers and I will never step foot in Safeway again. I am glad they are building a new King Soopers in Fountain. I gave 1 star only because I had to give something.

I have been trying to get my medicine for the past week. I’m told it’s on back order. Have no idea when it will come in. Was told to check with other stores. There is no prescription number because it’s a new prescription. So how can I check another store without a number?

There was this one brunette lady that gave my son who generally is very anxious with flue shots a shot. She went out of her way to distract my 7yr old with a phone game and like that the shot is over. I will never forget her kindness toward my son. No judgment just understanding. My son said he wants to come back next year.

48 FREAKING TIMES AND STILL NO JOY!!!I think they need to hire someone to ANSWER THE DANG PHONE!! Or put in an option to find out if your doctor has put in the script for you. I should not have to spend ALL DAY dialing over and over, being told the "voice mail box isn't taking any messages", just to find out if the new script is there!! I don't like wasting petrol to just find out it's not there yet!! Get your act together, Safeway Pharm -- this is part of why I quit Walgreens!

When you can actually get someone to answer the phone, they have been very helpful. However, I’ve been trying to reach someone for 4 days by phone with no success. You’re not even able to leave a voicemail. And the message for leaving a voicemail is atrocious!!! They say at the end that they will call you back if they deem it necessary…ARE YOU KIDDING ME! They live up to that statement too….I left a voicemail 3 weeks ago and they never called back.Look people understand busy, but when I’m standing in line and watching not one but TWO of the pharmacy techs literally just standing there not doing a thing…something is totally off with their business practices. I’ve always had patience with the pharmacy because they are often dealing with sick grumpy customers but everyone standing in line is as patient as they can be for waiting nearly 15-20 minutes. But to see employees not doing anything is ridiculous!I’m a Fresh-pass member at Safeway too! Not the kind of service I expect when I’m paying money to be a member on top of paying for inflation grocery prices. Don’t get me wrong, I like the fresh pass but this pharmacy is awful.Also one time I was shopping and asked an employee to help me find an item they had on sale that was listed online in the app for their location and this employee was both condescending and rude. She acted put out! Give me a break with the overly entitled whinny attitudes of so many customer service employees these days. Get over yourselves and freaking do your job!Society is so self absorbed these days…

When you’re good at cheating online or memorizing stuff, so you pass all the schooling, etc. necessary to become a pharmacist or tech, but you’re actually skill-less and aren’t cut out to be a real medical professional. This pharmacy. Perfect example.

Telling a customer that you are taking lunch when it takes less than a few minutes to handle a transaction for a customer that had been waiting in line for 10 minutes is less than ideal it’s actually very inconsiderate. If you knew your were closing for lunch which is already dumb then let the people in line know that are waiting that you will not be able to help them. No one cares about customer service anymore especially Safeway employees. This pharmacy is no better than the worst Walgreens on the planet across the street..

I can never complain even with long lines. The longest I've waited is 15 minutes for a long line of 9 people including myself. Walgreens takes 30+ minutes to get their indoor line down with that many people. Plus, dropping off a prescription has it's own line area. Easy to do and you can shop afterwards.

No one ever answers the phone.It asked for you to leave a message which I've done many many times and they never get back to me. I'm on life maintaining prescriptions and they refused to call me back, and won't even answer the phone. Highly advise finding a different pharmacy.

need my meds and no answer from the pharmacy and it just says on the app prescription is being prepared it's been 24 hours now and nothing will never send prescriptions here again
