So the service is ok.. not the best and not the worst. The problem I have is being lied to about the promotion and my bill. When I go over there to talk to them there is basically no resolution l, I just got to deal with it and that’s supposed to be just fine. It’s not ok to lie to consumers. It’s not ok for these corporations to screw people over. I am considering getting out of my contract and going back to att at this point.

Great experience. Extremely helpful customer service. Marquis was amazing and efficient. He had us taken care of and on our way before we knew it. Thanks!

Do not waste your time at this god-awful, unfriendly store! My husband's iPhone charging port doesn't want to charge anymore, so we went to get him a new one. The girls working the counter acted like we were inconveniencing them.He stated he was looking for a new phone. The girl working the counter got a really snarky attitude about it. She got snippy about if his phone was damaged, and he stated the phone wasn't charging. She basically told us that we needed to come back next month when the new phones got released and the older phones were going to be cheaper. The girl in the back office just on her phone. They made us feel so unwelcomed at that store.

I went in just looking for information on how to switch providers and to potentially get a new phone and I left having successfully switched services and got a new phone the same day. Brennan was amazingly helpful and fun to talk to and easily answered all of my questions, and the rest of the team was great too.

Team was very helpful, even helped me save money as I was lied to by the store on 85 87, turns out they quoted me at a price that doesn’t exist, so the mesa ridge store went above and beyond to ensure I got the absolute best deal available, THANK YOU BREANA!!

It seems like everyone we came into contact with simply didn't want to be there. We were even told we had to wait until our billing cycle started for a new plan to take effect (turns out that's not the case; thanks 85/87 store!)We wound up coming back twice and never received the help we needed. They referred us to the 85/87 store as they (after waiting) were out of the phones we wanted and it was the best help they gave!Take the extra drive time and go to the one over there. You won't regret it!

Lazy people employees. They literally lean on stuff when they talk to you. They had absolutely no tact or effort in speaking to me. Immediately pushed me off to the customer service line when I had questions regarding my account. Low balled my trade in.I went across the street to ATT and they were wonderful. Service is also p*** compared to ATT.

T-Mobile on the Mesa Ridge is awful. Two associates leaning over the counters staring at their phones and both of them barely looked up to acknowledge us as we walked in. There were no other customers in there. I had to ask for assistance and felt like I was bothering them. The man who I talked to was zero help. My screen protector is cracked, I have insurance so they are supposed to replace it. He told me there was nothing that can be done because they don't carry the screen protector for my phone anymore. I asked if he could call another store and he said no and went back to leaning on the counter and looking at his phone. We left and went to the other T-Mobile on Camden drive and they were pretty busy but everyone acknowledged us and never once forgot that we was waiting. Two associates started helping us and when they found out what the issue was says that they could order the screen protector to be mailed to us. So easy, so helpful.

Went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade one of 2-lines that I have. FIrst they came out with the wrong phone, charged me before opening the box, only to see it was the wrong phone. The salesperson said "no problem, will have to refund this one and start a new transaction ". Come to find out I was charged a $70.00 "restocking fee", because they opened the wrong phone box. REALLY!!! Then was charged $19.99 for a 20w USB-C Power Adapter that I did not need, want and did not receive during this purchase. Went back to this T-Mobile store to bring up these 2 issues. Was told very bluntly there was nothing they could do about the restocking fee which was definitely not my mistake. Handed me a USB-C Power adapter which I told them again that I didn't need, and was refused a refund for that also. The lack of customer service in this store is like I've never seen before. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Almost thinking about changing carriers over this encounter. Can't believe T-Mobile would condone this type of activity if they knew it existed.

As a retired communications engineer, it is important to note that the 5G 'coverage' in Fountain is not without limitations.5G coverage can be spotty and often drops to an unusable level once the distance from the nearest cell tower exceeds a mile. In light of this, it is imperative that users ensure their phones are capable of switching to 4G service. It is worth noting that the latest FCC cell coverage map, year 2021, may not accurately reflect the actual level of service in a given area. This is due to various factors such as changes in tower transmit power, mandates by local governments, upgrades or downgrades to cell towers, and even changes in tower contract ownership. Take the information provided by coverage maps and sales reps with a grain of salt; test yourself, do not assume.

I went into store at 6:20pm this location closes at 7pm. While there I was being helped by a lady name Roxsi I was going to see about an upgrade on my phone. She then told me that she would need to open her safe for the certain IPhone I wanted and it won’t take 10 minutes and they close in 20 min. She was hinting she didn’t want to help me I felt. Then the woman next to her working advised for him to come back tomorrow at 10 Am so they help me then. While talking to her about coming tomorrow a gentleman came in the store asking for help backing up his data and both the workers told him they cannot do it that they close in 15 min and that they close at 7 the gentleman asked can they please help him it probably won’t take that long they denied him service. This made me feel as a customer not valued and they basically wanted to go home and not help me. I would advise you train your employees on helping customers no matter if it’s 20 min or 10 min before closing

Came to the store for a simple add a line sim only and was asked if I wanted insurance. I declined and upon checking my TMobile account, he added insurance anyways. Pretty shady store if employees get away with these actions
