AJ was very professional and took the time to carefully go through my bill and assess what was wrong. He had to go through many people including calling customer service but in the end resolve the situation in a timely manner. Also the Manager Ashley was able to resolve a situation that led back months. So happy with the customer service here at the store definitely an All-Star team.

Taking away ALL of the customer service. If we pay there, we get a damn fee. How many other ways are you going to take our money. Especially when we live on a very, very, very tight limit of cash. Thank you for making seniors live harder. We all really appreciate you ripping us off.

Been a custy for over 5-6 years and this spot had THE worst custy (customer) serviceAll I did was go in to pay a bill and I was followed around til I was forced to upgrade from my iPhone 7 >:(Pushy pushy salespeople

Renee is a god send. My wife's phone stopped working, and my wife did not want a new phone. Renee took the time to sit with us and back up all the information on the phone. Then preform a factory reset and the reload everything back in. Took almost a hour.I will never go anywhere else thanks to her. Also had stimulating conversation. You've got a good one here T-Mobile!

Kanani was amazing! We loved her so much! We originally went to the Mesa Ridge Parkway store and were treated like we dirt. So we left and came here. Kanani was so sweet. She welcomed us right of when we walked in. She showed my husband around and helped him decide on his new iPhone. I would 100% recommend this store for getting help or looking for a new phone.

I had the most amazing service today by Diamond and her manager. I went in to add internet to my business account and it was the easiest process I’ve ever had to do. They were both so friendly, made the process beyond effortless . They spoke with me like they had known for me years! This is the best T-Mobile ive ever been too, thank you ladies!!

After my experience at the Mesa Ridge store, the 85/87 store was a godsend! Firstly, we were greeted immediately. Adam helped us with our upgrade first and, since we arrived late, we had to come back which we understood. He was great. The next day we had Evee and THIS GIRL SAVED ME MONEY. She's hilarious, down to earth, and knows her stuff! She actually cares about you as a customer and it shows. Thank you, Evee for everything you did for us!

Their manager was very rude to me and my brother last night when we came in. Tried setting up a new phone and trade in and she wasn’t being helpful and anytime we asked any question she wasn’t answering the question and kept repeating herself to us like we would understand if she kept saying the same thing. We tried to trade in a phone that had no screen damage or anything and was refusing to take the phone from us and started to get nasty to us when we said there was nothing wrong with the phone. Overall a bad experience at this store. Went into a different T-Mobile in the springs near uccs and loved their service much better. Joe their manager was much more helpful and much friendlier to us and was able to help us and figure out our problem. Much happier with their service even their other associate tatianna was very friendly and helpful as well

Went to this T-Mobile store to upgrade one of 2-lines that I have. FIrst they came out with the wrong phone, charged me before opening the box, only to see it was the wrong phone. The salesperson said "no problem, will have to refund this one and start a new transaction ". Come to find out I was charged a $70.00 "restocking fee", because they opened the wrong phone box. REALLY!!! Then was charged $19.99 for a 20w USB-C Power Adapter that I did not need, want and did not receive during this purchase. Went back to this T-Mobile store to bring up these 2 issues. Was told very bluntly there was nothing they could do about the restocking fee which was definitely not my mistake. Handed me a USB-C Power adapter which I told them again that I didn't need, and was refused a refund for that also. The lack of customer service in this store is like I've never seen before. WILL DEFINITELY NOT RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Almost thinking about changing carriers over this encounter. Can't believe T-Mobile would condone this type of activity if they knew it existed.

We just switched from AT&T and couldn’t be happier. The customer was outstanding and this is very important since the physical stores are the face of any phone company. All of the employees at this location were both very knowledgeable and very helpful and left a very positive first impression of the company as a whole. We highly recommend T-Mobile and this particular store.
