“The alternator went out on my vehicle. The shop allowed me to pay the majority of the repair upon drop off. He knew I needed my vehicle for work. I had to get a ride from a coworker from his shop. I left the car without paying the full amount, but agreeing to pay the remainder when I picked my baby up. He made my car a priority because he also knew I had just moved from out of state. My property inside the car and livelihood depended on a quick repair. The repair was finished a day sooner than expected. The new alternator was installed and he allowed me to pay the remaining balance before reacquiring my car. I’m not sure if you do this for everyone, but thank you so much for being flexible and providing an exceptional service!!! Afterwards it felt like the car drove better than before!Muchisima gracias otra vez ??”

“This was formally Book's Automotive Service, was sad to hear he had retired. But he sold this shop, to wonderful people! Its always awesome to go to a family owned business that want to make a difference in the community.Took my car to get my brakes checked. Turns out I needed to changed my front brake pads and rotors. Andre did a great job in explaining to me what needs to be done and my options. I can tell this young man really has a passion about his job. The technician Tristen did a great job in changing my pads and rotors. Had a brief conversation with operations manager Shane Stehlik, he was very friendly and great to talk to. Had a nice conversation with another gentleman but didn't get his name, but they know who am talking about. LOLOverall had a great experience!!
