The staff here at The UPS Store are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and empathetic to the customers needs. I don’t understand why customers r rude to them and they have a new guy that saw how rude customers are towards the staff for no reason. I was shipping out a package and a black lady screamed at the white young man for the price on shipping and then another white lady went off on the younger lady for no reason. Sandy and the employees are always friendly and they go over and beyond to help everyone! So to the rude customers that want to be jerks to The UPS staff for something they can’t control on how you didn’t get your package or the pricing on shipping take your attitude and put it where the sun don’t shine!
THANK YOU TO THE UPS STAFF FOR ALWAYS BE AWESOME AND PUTTING UP WITH CUSTOMERS THAT ARE JERKS! COMMON SENSE IS VERY EASY BUT OBVIOUSLY SOME CUSTOMERS DON’T HAVE THAT!

Sandy is absolutely amazing! She helps me every time I come in to print my marketing materials and always knows exactly what I’m looking for. I don’t go to any other store because of her. Highly recommend asking for her if you need help with printing

They are always so helpful and considerate, I had a big move coming up and had to ship important items and the process was so easy and everyone is always so sweet! Definitely recommended!

The people here are the worst. They aren’t nice. They treat you like you’re a burden. They talk down to you. They don’t care about your needs and just are scan jockeys. Don’t come here. Go anywhere else.

I came in yesterday because I had to pick up my package and at first, the young gentleman took my ID and asked when I got the notice and I told him today he went back to go check and it wasn’t in the system or the back. The young lady came up to the computer just to double check and asked what my last name was and she took my ID back and she said the same thing. I told her that it was here and she was like unfortunately it’s not here. I gave her this paper that the delivery driver left she went to go ask the driver what happens if the package isn’t here or in our system and what can she do with this paper? She said that the driver told me to go on ups.com and type in the delivery notice or scan the QR code on the paper I told her I already did that and it said it was here she asked for my tracking number I couldn’t find it so I went back to my car came back in. I came back in and new gentleman who helped me on my phone and it said right that it would be delivered Monday not Saturday, Monday. My fault very good customer service.

Came into this store new to the springs. Employees are very nice and are really helpful. I was returning my packages and also had a packaged delivered to the store. The two female employees told me that it would be there tomorrow due to the package still on the drivers truck, understand no big deal. Employees are amazing and really nice I would recommend this store to anyone.

I came in about a few days ago and it was very busy. You can tell that customers in line were getting very impatient and when they got to the counter, they were just extremely rude to the employees there. There was this customer he got to the counter and asked for a notary and one of the ladies told the guy that unfortunately the notary that is on staff is on his lunch break right now he’ll be back in about 10 minutes and the guy got mad because the notary was on his lunch break. Can the guy not eat his lunch? Does he have to go off your time? Give the employees a break they cannot tell when a customer needs a notary, especially when they are on their lunch break. He asked for the prices the female employee said it’s $15 per stamp and he went crazy. The female employee apologized and said I’m sorry, sir that just our prices here at UPS. I am very impressed on how the female employee responded to the angry guy. She kept calm and tried her best to give as much information to the guy as she could. Their employees are very tough. It seems like and can push through the pressure. I hope that anyone who reads this review learns from it because they are humans like we are and you shouldn’t take your anger out on them because they cannot control how fast they can go it all just depends if people are shipping have a bunch of Amazon returns so I advise if you’re gonna be angry in line or rude to the employees then you take your service elsewhere because the employees do not deserve to be yelled at.

I came to ship out a few packages the other day. There were these 5 big packages. I needed a box for one of them and the kind female helped me find a size that would fit it. She asked me politely, if I would like an estimate, and if I would like to know how much the box would cost, she told me the prices and I was fine about them. They were reasonable prices. She told me if you ship anywhere East Coast it’s gonna be more expensive and I asked her why, and she said it goes off of the weight of the box. The size of the box and what is the ZIP Code it’s going to. So it was very valid on how much the box would cost to ship for everything. I shipped out all of my five boxes. My total was very reasonable. It was about 600 bucks and afterwards she signed the tracking number and told me when I could track it. I very enjoyed this stores service and how well, they explained stuff. I had a few Amazon returns as well. Two the employees helped me change my code because it took me to the wrong place, and at first, I started getting a little bit angry with the two employees but then I apologize and said that it wasn’t their fault because they can’t do anything if it’s not there code. They put stuff in separate bags, which I really liked and I didn’t know which which code went with everything so they showed me the item description on the thing that printed out, and I loved how they gave it to me and minded their own business of what I was returning. I would definitely use this store again and for Amazon return people please do not yell at the employees. It is not their fault that we don’t double check what location our returns go to.

I have been coming to this UPS for almost a year and the female employees are always rude with the nastiest attitudes. Today encounter was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, one female was helping me send off a package while the young asian ( assuming she is the manager) female came behind her to whisper” why she look like that” as if I don't have a pair of ears. She was fortunate I was in a good mood and I chose not to press the issue and let it go. Not to mention you’re never greeted when walking into the building.

I can not emphasize enough how poorly this business is run. I wanted to send an empty designer suitcase to Arizona. The young employee was great. She measured and weighed the suitcase and it looked like the cost was approximately $55 for the box. That was until the sneaky rude “manager” pushed her out of the way and started to punch things into the register. I was wearing an expensive watch and the minute she saw that the cost on the box went from $55 to $493. WHAT????? I asked the rude disrespectful manager why the 10 times increase in cost??? She snapped well you have to put it in a suitcase box! She talked down to me like I was a moron!!!!! She refused to explain anything further on the radical price increase from the original estimate other than that what our suitcase box costs and we still need to add postage. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THE BUSINESS AGAIN. YOU SHOULD NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THE UPS STORE IN FOUNTAIN CO. THE “MANAGER” IS VERY DISHONEST. THE CITY AND STATE SHOULD INVESTIGATE THIS BUSINESS.
