Worst customer service this morning. It was clear the lady didn't want to help someone who walked in. I don't normally post reviews, but her attitude was horrible.

Charly is very energetic and happy. I was having a bad day, but her sunshiny attitude made the rest of my better. The manager, Sandi is also very helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a very positive working relationship.

Don't make a notary appointment online and expect the notary to be there. When I arrived and found no notary at my appointment time, the mgr told me they would be in in 3.5 hours. I asked why I was allowed to make an appt on line. She replied "It's a corporate issue." No apology. It's always someone else's fault. Let's see...maybe call corporate and tell them notary will be late? Wow, what a concept!Plus, they have some of the rudest employees ever. No hello, no thank you. I had to force a hello from a young girl by saying hello twice to her the other day. They did hire a very pleasant young lady who I saw twice. Maybe fired her for being nice.

This place is TOP NOTCH! The customer service is phenomenal and they are fast and thorough in everything they do. So much better than other UPS stores I have been in. Great job folks!

My experience with Sandy was unbelievable. She went above and beyond to help me. I have received no packages for 7 yrs. I now can receive them. What a professional kind courteous and knowledgeable employee.

Woman at the front had a line and I guess it was our fault for being there... she was the rudest person I've ever spoke to there. I wanted to ask if a fax came in and she cut me off mid sentence saying nothing came in...I also inquired about printing services to which she says "we don't do that here". Ma'am? You do have printing services, I've used them in the past. When I asked what she was talking about she says that they received new printers and they were all down. OK, why wouldn't you say that instead of telling me you don't do printing services? The entire time I felt rushed, disrespected, and frankly if you're having a bad day it's understandable, but have a little emotional intelligence not to take it out on people. I'm a recent domestic violence survivor and I needed to work quickly to get forms sent out, and what I don't need right now is to walk into an establishment to pay money for services, and walk out feeling like my very presence is an inconvenience. I hope this review makes it to the appropriate parties and theres visibility on this because you never know what other people are going through. If customer service isn't your thing, get another job.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, been here multiple times and they treat me like an unwanted guest. You can tell the owner or manager is miserable and that just leads to more poor customer service, I'll be contacting UPS directly with a report.

For what would have cost $40 to send directly through UPS, this store charged $94.56!!! My husband took this in to send out for me, and he was unaware that the store marked up the price so much. I called and was informed that the store doesn't charge UPS prices. They charge their own prices. LESSON LEARNED. Very, very rude service and I don't know how this can be legal.ETA: After I posted this review, the store called me and said I could have a refund. My husband went down and retrieved the package and got the money back. I went onto Shippo and got a UPS shipping label for $25.24. I would have gone through Shippo in the first place, but since I'm really sick right now, it was easier just to have my husband take it to the UPS store. I had no idea they would upcharge so much. Again, LESSON LEARNED.

I had top notch service from Sandy and her crew. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though it was quite expensive to ship overseas, she made me feel at ease that shipping with U.P.S. was the right choice. And the visibility that I had on the package from drop off till the time it made it to its destination, was worth the extra buck. Thank you!!!
