Customer Service is about the same as Comcast/Xfinity. I've been with this bank for years. I won't be much longer.Very poor experiences across the board. Customer service is the worst. There's also way too much crosstalk and confusion between their different offices. Now they appear to be selling my private contact info to third party companies to solicit me for credit cards. I hate this bank, truly.

The teller named Natasha Vargas is not really good. I was the only one there standing waiting and she talked to the other lady and used her phone before she asked me “how can I help you.” I was standing there 8 minutes. It’s ok if I am not in a hurry, but I am. She don’t even say “thank you.”

Horrible customer service, can't don't most things a normal bank can do. Every time I have to deal with a teller at UsBank I am more and more convinced it's time to change banks.

Drove out here based on photos showing a USBank building and outside ATM. Turns out the photos are a lie and this is a satellite location in a Safeway grocery store. Recently dealing with a medical issue that makes it very difficult to walk. Was specifically looking for a drive up atm in a stand alone building. What a waste of time. Very frustrating.

I wish all branches were like this location I am Spoiled with their customer service but yes I own A business and life is hectic but they always fill out a deposit slip and always so helpful one trip or call answered and always professional all other branches they act like they hate their jobs and I hate Driving to fountain but worth it for the customer service!

The manager Renee at this branch is truly amazing! Last few months she helped us out tremendously, without Renee would've been so hard. We moved to Florida about a year ago but still bank at US BANK in Fountain,Colorado.

This bank is terrible .!!! Do not even set up an account they us every excuse in the book to take your money i had them for years before they started to treat me like trash... i can't speak to much about this specific bank it's the institution and the call center.. i caution. Anyone who is going to open account it isn't worth your time, money or business. I would give zero stars if i could.
