“The service department is hard to get ahold of which is frustrating. However, I arrived at the dealership for my service appointment at 8:15am and I was checked in by Curtis and back home (via shuttle because I had to leave my car there for repair) before 9:15am and I live almost half an hour away. The process was really fast and easy. They notified me about a recall I wasn’t aware of and got that taken care of. Also, I knocked a piece of the bottom of my car off and they were nice enough to put it back on for me. Overall a decent experience if you’re needing service on your Jaguar.”
