Terrible post office. One person working with a line. They don’t also don’t provide you with a marker for blacking out stickers when you mail an Amazon box.

The front desk girl was extremely rude and looked like she hated her job. I misspoke how to ask for my keys to a new place and I was spoke to like I was slow. To get my keys I have to pay $40!!!!! I have never in my life heard that in all the apartments I’ve lived. Outrageous! Now my mail sits and stacks up because all my money went to the rent and deposit 😕

I have gotten my baby chicks delivered here several years in a row. They always call me the moment they come in. I really appreciate how tenacious they are about making sure live deliveries aren't left overnight. Thank you!

I stopped in last week to mail my passport renewal application. About 15 minutes later I realized I never signed the form. The man behind the counter (I forgot his name) went to the back and spent a few minutes but he found it, opened it on the side so as not to destroy the integrity of the envelope, and let me sign it. He probably had every right to tell me that it's too late now but he took care of me for which I am extremely grateful.

Terrible customer service . We have been waiting 6 days for a mailbox key when NO response from the person that assisted and took our 40 dollars for the key being made.

I came here twice to verify my identification for a change of address. The first time, I was told that I would receive an email verifying that it went through. I never received the email, so I came back the following day. I was then told that my change of address was active and should be working. I would also like to mention that the customer service during both of these interactions was really disappointing, despite how nicely I approached the staff. Today, I have noticed that I still do not have an email verifying that my change of address has been updated AND I'm still receiving daily digest emails from my previous address.

If I could give this post office six stars, I absolutely would—too bad Google stops at five! From the front desk staff to the mail carriers and everyone working hard behind the scenes, this team handles one of the most thankless and underappreciated jobs with professionalism, a smile, and exceptional customer service. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure your mail reaches its destination, all while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. Truly outstanding service!

I am not receiving my Amazon packages due to me being more than a half mile from my community mailbox. I contacted Amazon and they told me the post office is paid to deliver these packages and they should not be considered regular mail that falls under that rule and they are starting an investigation. Hopefully we get a dedicated Amazon delivery truck even if it's only a couple days week!

Sent time sensitive package from this location, sent on Dec 23, checked tracking, still at Fountain facility on Dec 28!! I understand holidays, but this is absurd.

This post office had the best service by far. Within the last 5 months it seems like service has suffered drastically. Lines are longer than normal, very slow service, manned by one service representative up front. I know the workers are doing the best they can, but it seems like staff shortages are making this location suffer.

I utilize this local post office almost daily! The service is always super friendly and helpful! The only downfall is there's usually a long line! Otherwise is a great local post office!
