The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They are rude and they showed me time and time again they truly don’t care about you. Save yourself the headache and get your prescription at Safeway!

The pharmacy has the worst staff I have ever dealt with. They are rude and they never answer the phone. I’m moving my prescriptions to a better pharmacy.

I truly feel for the pharmacists and techs at ANY Walgreens because they are categorically underpaid by Walgreens corporate. Which has a trickle-down effect. Leading to temporary closures etc. This is NOT the fault of these individuals. If you want to 1 star corporate, fine. But don't 1 star these people who by the majority need their jobs and want to help people. Try to be more graceful to the local people and throw your mud towards the executives that deserve it. I have utilized this pharmacy for many years and have done my part to push for corporate change. Have you?

This is the first person I can truly say I am impressed with and she really cares. Sydonie helped me out so much. I was in so much pain and could barely talk and my medicine was still not ready after I was told it would be. She politely talked with the pharmacist and I was able to get my meds within 10 min of waiting. This girl needs a raise. Thank you. 😊

Genuinely the worst pharmacy in town. They have so many emergency closures I have no clue when or how I’m supposed to go and pick up my medications. I can’t wait till the new king soopers opens to switch my prescriptions to their pharmacy.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is genuinely the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with, or picked up prescriptions from. I have never had issues obtaining my prescriptions like this before. The entire prescription management section on the Walgreens app is completely useless, and the staff are equally, if not more useless. If you want to be able to get your prescribed medication on time, or in general, I highly recommended not even looking at Walgreens in Fountain as an option. Don't go here. They are awful to deal with without issues, but so much worse if there are issues.
I forgot to add. Don’t even bother trying the drive thru unless you have 1-2 hours to kill and nothing better to do with your time.

I'm completely fed up with Walgreens pharmacy. I usually avoid them, but my regular pharmacy is closed on weekends, and I desperately needed my medication filled today since I'm leaving for vacation early tomorrow. To my disbelief, they refuse to fill my prescription two days early, even though Genoa has done it for me multiple times without issue. The worst part is that they initially told me my pills would be ready whenever I came to pick them up. I sent a friend to get them while I was busy with last-minute packing, only to receive a call from the pharmacist ten minutes later saying they can't fill my meds because it's two days early. My doctor's prescription clearly states I can pick them up on the 5th, which should allow for the early fill. They called me at 4:30 PM, leaving me with no time to find another pharmacy that would actually listen to my doctor and fill my prescription. Now I'm left stressed out, trying to figure out whether to go without my meds for a week or risk losing money on my vacation. I will never set foot in another Walgreens again. They need to step up and treat their customers with the respect they deserve; filling a prescription two days early isn't going to hurt anyone, especially when it's approved by my doctor and insurance. I’m just so done with Walgreens pharmacy and their incompetent staff. I’ll find another pharmacy that’s open on weekends and actually listens to both my doctor and me. It’s ridiculous that I can’t get my medication even when my insurance allows me to pick it up up to two days early. This is especially frustrating since I have a vacation coming up, and I shouldn’t have to rearrange my entire trip just because they can’t manage a simple refill. I need a pharmacy that cares enough to take the extra steps to ensure I have what I need when I need it.

They close for lunch on you even though you were there in line and it wasn't 1:30 yet ... always the worst experience and an hr wait here... all these 1 stars make 100% sense

After repeatedly telling myself I wouldn’t return to this pharmacy, I’m now certain I won’t. Yesterday, I pulled up to the drive-thru to drop off a prescription, and everything seemed normal at first. The technician asked if I would be waiting for the prescription, and I said yes. She then told me it would be ready in 20 minutes, but that I HAD to come inside. I explained that I preferred to wait in my car for 20 minutes and receive a text message when my prescription was ready. The reason I wanted to stay in my car was that I was in a significant amount of pain. I asked her again if I could just wait in the parking lot and if there was a specific reason I needed to come inside. She insisted that if I wanted it ready in 20 minutes, I had to go inside.
Frustrated, I parked and went inside to speak with the pharmacy manager or pharmacist. The pharmacist told me there must have been a misunderstanding and that the technician probably assumed I intended to wait in the drive-thru line. At this point, I was furious. I had clearly stated I would wait in the parking lot. Also, what adult who has filled multiple prescriptions thinks it’s okay to hold up the drive-thru line with other cars behind them? It clearly wasn’t a misunderstanding because, as I sat there waiting, I overheard the same technician tell another car in the drive-thru that their prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, but they had to come inside. I couldn’t hear the other side of the conversation, but eventually, she agreed to let them wait in their car.
I understand being short-staffed, however, you can be short staffed and still be empathetic towards people who are sick and in pain.
