I have had them help me on a prescription that Walgreens didn't have it in stock snd didnt tell me until the day before I had to have it. Walmart called and got it transferred to them and filled it a couple of hours. I also needed some pain medicine but my insurance was holding it up for more information and offered up suggestions as to what I could use in the meantime. I always find them friendly and helpful. If they weren't I would complain to the pharmacist.

Employees are very rude constantly having trouble with my prescriptions. Something fishy going on with their system. Constantly made mistakes with my prescription. A few times I was charged for medications that were supposed to be free with my insurance. There online ordering system don't work.

Extremely bad customer service, I've been told I can't be helped and they won't help me at the counter by Neri and I've been told on the phone by someone that apparently I wasn't listening to what that were saying. Never bothered to try to explain anything in a different fashion . Just extremely fed up with this pharmacy.

Extremely rude never had so much trouble buying cold medicine. Ask for anything to do with a cold and right away they assume you're buying it in association with criminal activity. What ever happened to, you sell medicine for a living. Just do your job and let everyone else do theirs.Had to hear the old we're working with the DEA.Since when did Walmart hire the DEA to help make sales of pills? Smh

Why is Walmart going to stop taking tricare? As many retired military that shop there, it has to be the most ridiculous decision I've ever heard.

Wouldn't accept military ID for a refill on my daughters RX because she would have to type in a address and started raising her voice when I asked why a military ID isn't sufficient? I know they need an address but I can dictate it to her. Christina the pharm tech increasingly raised her voice to a high pitch yell and was spinning around her whole monitor to prove a point. Yeah, I get you have to type in an address, but a military ID is all you need to verify an individual and no need to scream at people picking up RX's. Learn some anger control :) will be moving out prescription elsewhere- as an RN I found her behavior rude. She then wouldn't give us the RX and made us wait for a pharmacist.

Today will be my last time shopping at Walmart. I have been a Walmart customer for over 20 years, I came to return 2 outdoor plants that did not survive the winter. I purchased the plants in early August of last year. I know that Walmart has a 1 year warranty on plants. I returned the plants in the original containers, they had the description, barcode and price on the plants. At 7:30 this morning I want to return the plants I was told that I had to provide the receipt. I told the woman behind the counter that I didn't have it and I thought they could look it up on my credit card. She told me again that she needed the receipt There was now one else in line, that is why I came in early. I have occasionally had to return an item and I have never had a problem. This is the closest store to my home. I usually buy all of my groceries, prescriptions and other items at this store. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store over the past 2 years that I have lived here. Over $15 return Walmart has lost a very loyal customer. I'll be grocery shopping at Safeway, Walgreens for medicine and makeup and Spencer's Garden center for my plant addiction.

I ordered grocery pickup and when I called to check in someone was screaming in the background so the person on the other end couldn't hear me and kept asking me to repeat myself. After that he said he checked me in so I waited twenty minutes only to find out he only said he checked me in to get me off the phone. I had to try and get the attention of one of the workers and all of them tried to ignore me and three of them went to their car and sat in it with the doors open. To top it all off it's raining! Overall horrible experience AGAIN. Who's letting these kids run the pick up area?!

This has got to be the worst Walmart I've ever been to. First, there is a lack of shopping carts. The store is a bit messy and employees lack customer service. Lastly, there are customers who ARE NOT wearing masks and the employees do not enforce the rule. I asked the employees when I was leaving the store if it was mandatory to have masks, and she said "people have the option to wear it or not but we don't enforce it." YET, there is a huge sign outside the store saying face coverings were mandatory while shopping in the store. Okay, never coming back to this store again. Save your time and money, and protect yourself....don't come here.
