The people were very friendly but the processing is poor. Vacuum sealing does not stay sealed, the thickness of the cut is in consistent, the lbs. per rost is not what I saked for. I came here because when this place was Jansen they were excellent! The excelents is now a corporation and not good!

I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Processing and found their ground beef to be outstanding and delicious!!! They were very friendly and kind and very prompt as I placed my order on Friday and it was delivered to my home on Monday plus I live about 30 miles away and was not charged a delivery fee. Their ground beef was the best I've had in many years!!! I can't wait to get a larger freezer so I can place another order!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

The first time we had Blue Ribbon Processing, we got some German sausage from my dad that they made! It’s delicious! We then placed our own order, the process is easy and done with such care, we live several hours away from them and did it all online. We had a problem after the order was received and BRP handled it amazingly! They really give the customer service you dream of! They fixed the problem and went the extra mile to redeliver product by hand to our house! Everything was packed so carefully to stay ice cold and put just where we asked. The communication was also top of the line, they were super attentive. We will definitely be return customers! Highly recommend!

We purchased a half hog from a friend. Blue ribbon took care of the butchering. We received a call that the pig was going to be slaughtered the next day and needed to turn in our cut sheet. We never heard anything from them after that. We had to call 3 weeks after the pig went to slaughter, to see where our order was. The pig had been done for 2 weeks and nobody bothered to call. When filling out the cut sheet, we asked for the fat, we asked for Italian sausage and also asked for ground pork. We didn’t receive any of those. Several of the packages didn’t have a vacuum seal so we had to reseal them ourselves. Awful experience, terrible customer service and luckily Blue Ribbon didn’t have any involvement with raising the pig.

Great cuts of meat and packaging was nice. Unfortunately we were missing some of the important cuts we specifically asked for. Don't leave before checking your inventory. (Tongue, liver, heart, head, bones, ect.)

Very disappointed, almost every ham steak I’ve thawed so far from a pig they processed this summer hasn’t been sealed and I’ve had to trim off oxidized meat as a result. Giving them 2 stars because the Italian, pork, and green chili sausage taste great, as does the cured meats. The maple bourbon sausage is only okay.

We recently had 3 head processed. We were VERY pleased with the cut, cost and amount of meat we received. BEST results we have had from ANY processing in the last couple years from other processors in the area. 60% meat of the on the hoof weight. We will definitely continue using Jensen's.

Wonderful homemade sausage. Worth the trip. - I am super sad that the business has sold. There are changes that make me question the new owner's policies. I have been happily doing business with Tammy since I moved here.

Since the new owners are taking over pore quality in cuts and wrapping! I received meat that was already freezer burnt not wrapped correctly! You can tell that prim rib is cut poorly compared to Simla locker. For a USDA certified the new owner are definitely slacking.

this is not 1" thick steak.. not just one this is the 6th or 7th package that's been a dissapointment. You advertised 1" steaks that's what i expected all around. Never again
