Update 7/15/ 2025: Today Mark and his team did an oil change, brake fluid transfer, engine air filter and wheel alignment and got it done for me in less than two hours.

Had a flat tire in my driveway. Took it right in and Mark was very friendly and helpful! He assured that they got it in right away. Zay worked on it and was very friendly as well. Mark is very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you guys so much for your time. This is the place to go if in need!!!

Had a flat tire and drove it in to this Firestone location. They fixed it for me right away with urgency and I didn’t have to wait very long. Very friendly and courteous as well.

I went in to buy a battery, and honestly, I was lied to. The employee told me that I couldn’t purchase a battery with my Firestone card unless I had my car towed there or paid in cash. I’ve never been disrespected like that before. This experience was seriously frustrating, and I will never return to this Firestone.

I have found that Firestone is one of the few auto mechanics I can trust to give me an honest assessment of what repairs and maintenance my car needs, helps me prioritize those repairs based on what I can afford, and does high-quality repairs. Jeff, one of the managers, does a great job of explaining everything to me I a way I understand and they always quote the cost of repairs accurately with no surprises on the bill. I 10/10 recommend Firestone to everyone who needs a good place for oil changes, basic car maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.

They have a new manager that has ruined this location.
Took my car in for a leak and was told it was some gaskets. They had to order them and ended up ordering the wrong ones. They did replace them eventually for $750, then got home to see it leaking even more. Took it back to have it checked and do an alignment. They called said it was fixed. Then when I got there they said they did not do anything and that it was going to cost $1800 to fix a main transmission seal. Asked if they would discount since I already paid $750, but they would not. Also, no alignment was done. My other car was brought in for an oil change, tires and a break check, no break check done and engine filter was not latched down. Found out they have a new manager and his customer service is horrible. Been going there for years and have always been taken care of. Now it is completely disorganized, manager could care less about customer service and just unreliable. Sad to see a place go down hill due to one person. Last, the manager told me it was $120 PER tire to remove lug nuts that required a key because they are not easy to remove. I was able to remove them in 10 minutes with a $20 socket from Amazon. When you drop your car off, don’t expect it back that day!

What is the point of making an appt if it’s hours later you are still waiting?
Also does it hurt to use customer service skills? Do better Firestone we spend money and time at your locations the least you can do is be friendly

Despite having an appointment, it was over 5 hours later until my car was even pulled inside a service bay. The service report prepared for my car stated the wrong Model and Year! After seeing that, I was not comfortable with having them complete any of the recommended service.

Went in for my struts and cv axles and they got the job done right. The wait time was what they told me and jeffs customer service was excellent.
