TERRIBLE business. It's too bad because we live down the street and have given this business MULTIPLE attempts but EVERY single time they have failed to provide even a decent customer experience:
1) their prices are ASTRONOMICALLY through the roof. To dry clean a standard dress shirt was $14!
2) their service is biased, they have always tried to tell us how to clean our clothes. I've laundered my work shirts for over a decade now and have never had problems. They told me that my shirts NEED to be dry cleaned and actually finally even REFUSED to launder my shirt so dry cleaning was my only option. I am sure they are doing this to price GOUGE the heck out of their customers. This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL and should be reported to the BBB which I will be doing as well.
3) They refuse to take credit card for anything less than $10. Do you really believe they are reporting these sales? This is HIGHLY UNETHICAL as well.
4) both the husband and wife have attitudes and do NOT welcome you as you would expect even an average business owner would do. Then they talk in Korean every single time we have gone here and it always seems as though they may be talking about my wife or I. Highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
There are too many other dry cleaning businesses in the area that actually are GOOD people who DESERVE your business. This one is CERTAINLY NOT one of them and I would highly suggest you do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from these UNETHICAL business owners and their UNETHICAL practices. This business is HORRENDOUS all around. Period.

Needed dry cleaning done that other business could not accomplish. Had stains on my Army dress uniform after a rowdy military ball. Outstanding results, fast timely manner. Very professional and high quality service.

Destroyed my husbands Avalanche Jersey and tried to argue with us that we brought it in like that. Does this dude think we are morons? We obviously brought it to a dry cleaners because we cared about maintaining the quality of the Jersey. Told us he washed it on a gentle cycle instead of dry cleaning because dry cleaning would have made it worse. He's well aware of what he did. Ugh. Gut wrenching.

Very quick turnaround, just overpriced for a standard job. Wouldn't recommend if you have several pieces. They also claim they offer alteration services but when I asked the guy basically told me it's not his business. When I asked him how I could get in touch with them because I needed a few pieces altered he kept saying not his business...even though he advertises.

Simply put...ARBITRARILY OVERPRICES items. Has done my husbands shirts twice before (as I have been a customer somewhere else for TWENTY YEARS--but they were bought out) without any problems. For some reason, today he decides that 1/2 of our order will be dry cleaned, including my husbands cotton shirts, which is double the price. When I asked him why, he became argumentative saying the buttons can break and he won't take that chance. I reminded him that he's laundered them before without problem. He told me to take my business up the road, that he's too busy for this. There's no need for his varying prices OR his disrespect.

I needed to find a new dry cleaner and saw them on Yelp. They did a great job with my husband's shirts.
