Great experience! The store is very small so I'm glad it wasn't busy. The person that helped me was conversational, efficient, and friendly. Parking was a breeze. I would absolutely choose this location again!

I shipped something fragile. They said they don’t have fragile stickers but would write fragile. They didn’t.
The insurance they provide doesn’t cover broken items, only lost items- apparently. The USPS has never broken any of my fragile items that I’ve shipped. Lesson learned I guess- don’t ship with UPS!

Struggling to understand why anyone would give this place money/ how they stay in business.

The girls running this place don’t know what they’re doing. Took 20 minutes to get a passport photo while they tried to figure out how to get them to print. They also charge $20 for passport photos. Rip off. Avoid this place.

Be careful, these guys don't know how to process international orders! The receiving party will be paying through roof in taxes and fees for small items/gifts you send them. I went to back to speak with the manager hoping they would make it right and would fix the order but they were absolutely clueless.

BEWARE!!! THIS STORE TRIES TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS $2 EACH FOR MOBILE CODE SHIPMENT LABELS!!! THESE LABELS SHOULD BE PRINTED FOR FREE AS PER UPS!!!
I generally use the store on Buckley and Smokey hill with no issue just run in put my packages on the counter have them scan my mobile code and head out very fast no issues and very friendly. But I needed to run errands by this store so thought I would save time and just use this location. Big mistake!!! Was in 2 time previously attempting to use a mobile code for shipments created online First time I sent just my son in and he was told he would have to email the labels and be charged $2 per label. This is not ups policy with a mobile code. Second time I went in with my son. Unfortunately I had a hard time locating the mobile code as my phone wasn’t able to access online. Not a single employee at the store had ever heard of using a mobile code to ship and when I asked for help locating the code from my account I was told this service did not exist and I must be wrong. Instead of offering any type of customer service I was snapped at and told to email to the store and be charged $2 per label. I tried to explain multiple times the concept of the mobile code and the employee told me to show me where it says that! I had tracking number account number everything I was just unable to pull up the mobile code due to service issue on my phone. As soon as I left the store I was able to pull it up I double checked and sure enough shipping labels should not be charged when using a mobile code.
So today I went in again to ship made sure I had my Mobile code screen shot in case I lost it ran in to double check before I drug all my packages into the store that wouldn’t be charged. Same employee was there. Same rude attitude. He scanned my code was very rude I again had to explain it was for ALL my packages his response was oh I have never seen this before!! I offered to show him where to look it up online in case he ever had another customer with the same issue he said nope I’m good.
I can not be the only person to use the UPS website to create shipments and use the mobile code. I almost feel like this store has purposely not trained their staff just so they are able to charge the $2 per label. Had I not already brought my multiple packages in the first 2 times I would have left to head to the other store. How many times has this happened to other people? $8-10/person seems like this store is making a fair amount of money off of people in a hurry. I have to admit they were good enough at making me feel like I was in the wrong that I had to call UPS to make sure. So beware there is no charge for mobile code labels!!!!

Ian helped us out in a pinch! He rushed our wedding program order and made sure it was to our liking. Our pdf came out faded but he used his resources to edit our document and make it look fantastic. Promote this man!

Horrible experience. I was there with my mom got notary service. UPS worker was not able to give service for full potential, going back to back while working at another cashier. While we’re signing on our notary sheet he was on the phone with other person and did not us signing. He insisted to sign on it again and our notary document became so messy. Worker was E, he did not pay attention to us at all. It’s not just mailing stuff. It is very important document needed to go to government office urgently. He wasted our time and wasted cab fee come and go. Now we are on the way to get our document paper again. Will not come again.

Nice people, but a rip off.
Had to get some notaries done and the guy informed us halfway through signing that they charge 15 dollars per stamp. $120 and 5 minutes later, we could have gone to the bank for free instead.
Do your research when it comes to using UPS. May be convenient but they are charging the max price they are allowed for their services.

Nice people but they totally ripped off when I got a notary. They charged me 15 dollars per stamp of notary, and only told me after they did have of my 6 page notary. Cost me 120 dollars and when a bank would do it for free...I'm shocked and disappointed... at least give me a heads up, I would have said no, but was trapped as I was half way in it...shame... been using yall for 6+ years, I won't be renewing my ups boxes any longer.

Nooo horrible customer service did not offer any other accommodations. Did not notify me about my package details let it get shipped back when it was for my 12 yr old for school now I have to wait for it to get back here and even then I had to call to ask if it had arrived back which it had and no one informed me it was even back, I had to call for myself. Then they said I had to pay another 30 bucks nooo this was the worst service in my my experience especially in my situation tryna make sure my baby has that she needs for school.

I went to mail a box here because I didn't want to wait in line at the post office. I was expecting to pay more than USPS, but was pleasantly surprised that it was cheaper than I normally would pay! I love this location! The drop off for Amazon returns is always quick and the staff is always friendly and helpful! I love it!
