Went in for shots with an appointment, had to wait at least 1/2 hour before they got them together and gave to me. No reason for the delay as far as I know..

1 star pharmacy. If you do not call to rush an order it will take 3 days. I have called up there 3 times today one time waited 40 minutes just for it to hang up on me when they went to lunch! TERRIBLE PHARMACY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve had good experiences getting vaccines in the past.
However, today was a waste of taking time off work to get my latest shots. I checked in using the QR code and then sat in the waiting area for 40 minutes. I thought I was a ghost—not a single acknowledgment from any of the four employees that were there. I went to the counter to see what is happening and again nothing. Not a syllable from anyone. Moving over to CVS.

This location and one of the female pharmacists there has gone above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I got the medications I needed. They had to get an override from my insurance, which took extra time of course and I truly appreciate it so much. I've always had a good experience here for several years now.

The 15320 Hampden location is shut down permanently and this location REFUSES to transfer over my prescriptions. Not only did the other Walgreens accept my refill they would not fill, but they also did not transfer everyone's prescriptions before closing the location permanently. This location is one of three closest to the now defunct Walgreens and they are CLUELESS and UNHELPFUL. If I need the meds to survive, I'd be dead by now. Walgreens is dead to me because of how both locations have treated customers.

Don't bother making an appointment for any medical services at this Walgreens, probably others. You'll just end up in line behind anyone else anyway, even if of none of them had one. For a simple, common, vaccination, I waited for an hour after my appointment time.

Ever since the pharmacist who is an Asian lady took over the service has been absolutely amazing. I can tell she really cares about doing the best job she possibly can and she runs this pharmacy extremely well. Very efficient and friendly! 5 Stars ⭐️
