If i could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. There is zero sense of urgency, always an excuse for delays, incompetent people behind the counter that struggle to enter simple information for insurance/correct birthdates. A comedy of errors just getting a simple antibiotic prescription filled. Currently on hour 6 with a very sick child at home and they have the nerve to lie and tell me they just received it the info. This is after me confirming that it was called in as soon as the store opened this morning and speaking to someone at the pharmacy earlier confirming receipt. Outside of the location being mildly convenient, there are zero redeeming qualities. Avoid if you can. Will be our last time using Walgreens.

Jackie the pharmacist is such an amazing person! Whenever I go into the pharmacy she is so friendly and helpful. She and her staff have really made this pharmacy special.

Stay away from from this pharmacy!
They always give me the generic medicine (which I’m allergic to) when I request the not generic its take 2 days. The last time I called in advance for my refill and explained that I need the brand name, when I went to pick it up; again they give me the generic (even though my doctor specifically said the brand) or wait 2 days. I switched to CVS, problem solved

I placed an online order from this store and then after an hour that it was not picked up, I waited another hour. I called the 800 number and was told the store transferred my order to another store and when I tried to call that other store, they put me on hold and then hung up on me and I never received my order... horrible service.

Could use more staff in the pharmacy during vaccinations so other employees can help with refill pickups at counter and drive thru.

Pharmacist continually wastes my time. 9 am should mean 9 am. Not walking in for work after 9 am.

It's embarrassing how bad they are at this location. There is zero communication between stores and the are rude consistently. The pharmacists here, and just about every Walgreens, clearly hate their jobs and every other human.

I Purchased reading glasses, but they didn’t work, I had the receipt and wanted to return them, they ask for an ID. Walgreens is not the only store, and I will not go back there again.

I called the pharmacy to ask a prescription question. They put me on hold and went to lunch. After 30 minutes of being on hold, I hang up and call back to find out they are on lunch.
