The worst place to wash your car. Absolutely they charge so much money and they don’t clean at all.

$50.00 for a car wash. I have been to this place since they opened. Have more employees, but the vacuum is awful. It was nice going there because you chose the wash and went inside to pay. Now you ride thru and have to get out of your car for them to vacuum it. No outside trash cans to put trash in and the outside shows it. Southlands has free vacuums' to use. You can have them wash your car for a lot less. Sorry wont be back. They don't offer anything to keep my business.

Can't speak to the car wash, but the inside store is super bare. The folks running the place are very stuck up. They hardly have change for anything over $10, so expect to pay with a card. The last time I was in, there were a bunch of old dudes that seemed like corporate, and they made the place feel so uncomfortable that I got out as soon as I could.

This is my go to for inside and outside cleaning. The folks are friendly and courteous. While there may be times parts of the vehicle are missed with satisfaction of cleanliness, you can always ask the cleaners to make sure the missed sections are cleaned. Don't get angry at them, just politely point out what they missed and they will make it right, on the spot.Membership is the way to go because you can go to any of their branches/stores however often you want to go for one price. I enjoy their highest membership for the convenience and quickness.

Excellent customer service!

They go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I had a wash that didn’t get my car completely clean and let me go through again the next day

They up'd the price and now charge extra for ur trunk, and the cleaning was subpar. I'll be looking for somewhere else next time

Paid $62 for my interior not to be done. I ended up vacuuming the trunk, wiped a very obvious coffee spill, came home and put in another 30 minutes of time doing what should have been done at the wash. I've been going here for years and have never seen such poor quality work. Manager needs to do more than just running around trying to look busy, where are the quality checks!? Im so mad I just wasted my money. Never again.

I paid $17 for the mid tier "hot wax" car wash, minutes after the car wash I get out and see bird poop on the hood still along with dirt, my side of the passenger is completely dirty still, the windshield had tons of dirt left as the pictures show, and the rear end doesn't even look like I went through the car wash at all. It's a joke?? Don't pay for it.

It is pretty good but too expensive and not worth the cost considering so many conditions for each plan

Pretty expensive for decent full service car wash. I paid $60 for a full wash. Only a decent job.Update Dec 15. Even with a 3 star review last time, I went back again because I prefer full service washes. Terribly disappointed and switching to a 1 star. Again paid for the "whole thing" plus floor matt's, plus cargo area. They didn't do the mats without me asking. They didn't open the rear door to clean the cargo area. There were dozens of bugs on the windshield and front bumper still They only wiped 2/3 the wheels for the tire shine. Barely wiped the wheels. Windows and mirrors were streaked.. So all in all, may last 2 washes were nearly $120 and completely worthless.Maybe they need a quality inspector??

We paid for the best car wash (exterior and interior) and got a shoddy job. We'd been on a trip and had lots of bug guts on the hood. We expected these to be removed, either by the automatic wash or manually afterward. When we looked at the vehicle after they signaled us, we saw the bug guts remained. No worries. We just asked the staff to remove them. The general manager (according to his shirt) said that they don't do that sort of thing and that we'd have to go to the "bug removal station" and do it ourselves. We mentioned that we paid $50 for a car wash that was subpar, and he said he didn't care - they didn't do that sort of thing anymore. We reiterated that we were very unhappy with the quality and he said we could run the vehicle through the wash again but the staff wouldn't manually remove the stuff. Had the manager been more understanding or even just apologized, that might settle it. But seeing his smug attitude and lack of response, it showed us that they don't really care about keeping their customers. We won't be back.

I thought I'd found the golden ticket when I randomly got a letter from Waterway Carwash with 2 coupons for a free Wheel deal ($35 value) or basic exterior wash. So of course I went for the Wheel Deal. First off, the whole staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful - especially Hassan and Trista - which surprised me a little since they all looked like high school students (not saying high school kids are all bad, rude or narcissistic- but I seem to run across more that are than aren't). So I was very happy to see these polite, hard working kids. I thought the car wash did a fair job - there was still a lot of grundge left afterwards but the young man with the towels did a good job on the exterior. The inside was fully vacuumed and windows wiped down from the inside - as well as the dashboard, cup holders, and armrests. My floormats could have used a wash but it looked like they were superficially wiped with a towel. So for free this was a great deal. If I had paid for it I would have asked to get the details done more effectively. I think their prices are a little high but the staff was great.

I am so confused by this place. I told the clerk selling the packages that my main reason for coming was for a solid wipe down and vacuum job. He sold me the $35 package and said what I needed was included in that package. Then I paid $3 for the back cargo area, then $8 for rubber mat cleaning. I couldn’t believe how dirty the inside of my vehicle was. They literally did nothing. Then I was told I didn’t buy the package that included a wipe down? How does $46 not include wiping down the inside? So I proceed to use a rag and wipe things down and vacuum myself. The amount of things missed vacuuming was so disappointing. The guy did end up refunding me $43 because of the poor job done. But I wasted so much time there and I need to do more cleaning at home. I am just shocked that the main services I requested and thought I paid for were done so poorly. Customer service training needed severely at this location. Please communicate and set proper expectations with customers.

I have a membership here. However, I'm always disappointed. The young kids just don't spend a lot of time in detail on the wash. I am also noticing from a corporate standpoint. They're lowering the value of a full service car wash. I think the staff just expects a tip regardless of the level of service they provide.
