We were becoming quite panicked trying to figure out a way to do this with our individual work schedules, the notary hours, and the very urgent reason we needed the documents signed in the first place.

“I shipped a birthday present with a three day delivery charge. It was delayed by a day which made it late for the birthday. I asked for reduced charge and was given a full refund. This is indicative of how UPS is making the customer feel understood and appreciated. I will continue to use UPS!”
“Charles needs a raise, immediately. I’ve seen him several times at this location and he always leaves an impression. Today, he processed my return while on the phone with another store for a different customer; he had me out the door in about 30 seconds and even apologized (unnecessarily) for being on the phone.
