I had to send a package to my son who is on a carrier that is at sea the ladies that work there were very helpful and made sure everything was in order so it would make it to the ship

Were locked up 5 minutes before closing time listed on the door. I knocked (rushed to make it to drop off a package) and employee vehicles were still there and lights were on but no one answered. So lazy and unprofessional.

I like this little post office. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I think the post office should upgrade this location to include a self serve kiosk where customers could buy stamps, weigh their package and buy postage, and have a secure way to drop off pre-paid packages.

I live in east Castle Rock and am almost equal distance between that post office and the one in Franktown. I make a point to drive to the Franktown office due to the sweet ladies that help me there with a smile on their faces and a "thank you" every time. I cannot comment on the delivery of items through this PO since I have my mail delivered in the next town over but as for the workers IN the post office, they are awesome. ?
