Everything you need for any project, pretty good selection for the local hardware store price wise vs the high prices of Murdocks. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, I have had some attitude before but I don't blame the entire store for an individual employee who might be having a bad day. I would recommend this Ace for this side of the county vs Granby Ace store if I had to choose between the two đ

Came in here while on vacation. Our sons adaptive medical stroller broke during our first day here. I had a few ideas on how I could patch it back together. The staff were super helpful and attentive. Ended up helping me find a much cheaper solution than I had envisioned.

Horrible return policy. Wonât accept a return that was in original packaging. Their âofficialâ return policy is basically a post-it note hidden on the wall and it doesnât match what the official Ace return policy actually states.

Appx 1pm, on 6/18, we were greeted by a young girl. Some Ace stores carry a few other things than just "hardware and tools," as we were rudely told 3 times by this girl. We were looking for a back massager. Instead of saying, " no, I'm sorry we don't."
We were told "We are a hardware store." We spent 3 days in Fraser, her attitude towards a simple question was enough to be written up or fired for. I thought I was shopping at Walmart in Denver, because that's where here lousy customer service belongs.
I know nothing will be done about this, it is what it is.
