I can't recommend Dr. Carrie enough! When I moved here 3 years ago, I was terrified I was not going to find a vet as great as my prior one. She is very knowledgeable, went to Purdue (Boiler Up) and is so caring towards my cat. Not to sound crazy, but my cat is like my child and I wouldn't trust him with anyone else!

Best veterinarian we've ever been to!!!! As soon as you walk through the door, you get a warm mountain town feeling. The doctors are impressively knowledgeable and show that they care. They try very hard to diagnose any issues instead of just throwing expensive medications at your fur baby.

I'm most pleased that this vet not only is allopathic but also holistic and has a chiropractic vet come in that works in many modalities once a month. Sends reminders of next appointment. Scheduling online and quick response. Staff is warm and helpful. Dr. Carrie Nedele is warm, open, and responsive. What a great find!

I had to take my dog here when I was visiting from out of town. He had a broken tooth and it needed to be extracted. I was told on the phone by Axel that the dental cleaning and extraction would be $700 INCLUDING blood work. I sent in his most recent blood work (from only 6-7 months ago) to avoid having to run it again because it is $200. Despite telling them that over email AND in person that morning AND sending in his records via email, they ran blood work on him anyway and charged me $200. They also charged an additional $189 for no reason (sure the itemized bill has hugely inflated costs for everything but everything on there required for the procedure should be included in their estimate for the procedure) to make my total bill $889 when I was told $700. They never offered a written estimate or itemized estimate beforehand. They clearly over charge and don't care about integrity. Dr. Carrie was unprofessional when dealing with this dispute (stopped emailing me back and refused to give me a refund for the blood work) and the whole thing was such a scam. Don't go here at all, but especially if you're from out of town. They will take advantage of you when you're in a desperate situation for your animal. Their communication is awful.

We are very grateful for the care that Dr. Nedele and her team provided us. We are from out of town and our dog came up lame hiking. She kindly fit us in same day even though we are not established clients and provided us with a thorough examination as well as diagnostic options and a treatment plan. We are very grateful for the care that we received!

I am deeply appreciative of the care Dr. Nedele and her staff (Heather, I believe?) gave to me and my beloved dog when we were in crisis during our stay in Grand County. The clinic found a same-day appointment for us and then supported us with knowledge and empathy as I made the inevitable decision. Though the practice is busy, I was allowed all the time I needed to say good-bye to my best hiking buddy. I was then and remain very grateful.

We are so incredibly grateful to have found a Veterinarian office in the Fraser Valley that is dedicated to providing our puppy with the care she deserves. They answer our (many, many) questions with patience and thorough explanations to help us better understand the reasoning behind their recommendations. They are prompt in communication and scheduling has been easy. Dr. Nedele and Axel have been patient with our puppy who is still learning her manners and ensured our visit was pleasant for both us and our pup! Looking forward to continuing her care with such a thoughtful team!

Overpriced. Felt like I was receiving a sales pitch not help for my dog. Do not go here unless you like overpaying for subpar services. Long wait times for appointments!Edit: Bart’s new vet didn’t have that problem. Furthermore you have never sedated him for an exam. He has always been just fine for exams. But if lying makes you feel better that’s ok. I denied excessive exams that were overpriced and unnecessary and my new vet agreed with me. Furthermore, my new vet thinks that he behaves just fine. Again lying will not bring you far.DO NOT GO TO THIS VET. THEY LIE AND ARE OVERPRICED!!! Save money go literally anywhere else.

Dr. Carrie is a wonderful vet. Caring yet pragmatic. Our dogs get good care with her. We haven't yet needed her in an emergency and the limited hours may be a cause for concern in that regard, but for all of our routine and non-emergency needs over the past few years for our 4 dogs, she has been great.

I am in Granby for vacation and my pup had some sort of allergic reaction and was miserable. I felt helpless since I didn't know where to go. I called Grand Animal Hospital at 2pm and was able to come in at 9am the next day. Dr. Carrie Nedele was SO kind and quickly suggested the best treatment to help my pup. She took time to look him over and make sure nothing else was wrong and she was so sweet to my corgi. I am so thankful I found this place! Thank you to Dr. Nedele and her staff!

Dr Nedeles was a fantastic vet when I used her. Unfortunately I no longer live in the area or I would still use her.

I wish I could give less stars. We called this morning because our dog has been throwing up all night and we were told that it would be 2 weeks before she could be seen. Mind you…we visited this vet a couple of weeks ago and decided to make them our permanent vet. No more. We were told by the person on the phone that if it were their pet, they would find another vet. We are on the phone now with a new vet that can see our sick dog today. Don’t go here if your dog is sick. What horrible service and no concern.

Dr. Needle and staff are great. They are professional and caring for my cat and dog whatever situation I've had to visit. They seem to care about animals well being more than making money. Reasonably priced and good communication before, during , and after care. Highly recommend verses other vets in the county. I've been going here for 2 yrs and will continue to.

Our 4-month-old terrier mix puppy was having pretty serious intestinal issues when we arrived in Winter Park from the Kansas City area. She was up several times during the night needing to get outside, which is not normal for her. My hometown vet recommended that we try to find someone to try and diagnose the problem. I found Grand Animal Hospital and Dr. Nedele searching online, and I feel very fortunate that I did. They worked us in the very same day for a 2:45 appointment. I arrived early because I wasn’t sure where they were located and didn’t want to be late. By 2:50, they had run lab tests on a sample I provided, diagnosed the issue as an intestinal bacterial infection, performed an exam, prescribed the meds and sent us on our way. Amazing. We started the treatment that night, and my dog would have slept straight through if I hadn’t been so paranoid. Today, she’s back to her old/young self.I highly recommend this practice. They were kind, efficient and professional. I would have paid two times what they charged without blinking an eye.
